It's been a long time since I have had anything dry cleaned. So we never thought to ask about pricing for cleaning a mans suit and a short dress. The clerk said it would be awhile for it to be done. Which was ok since we did not need them. Several weeks later when we picked up the cost was a shock - $65 !!!??? Suit = $25 and dress =40 !!! The clerk stated that they 'hand clean' everything . We could not argue the cost since they did provide the service. But we were very annoyed. I only paid $50 for the dress - wore it once and was a little sweaty. Probably didn't even need to be cleaned !!! We will not be going back to this business. We feel very ripped off - beware if you do go to this dry cleaners. Be sure you know pricing before agreeing to the service!

The work is good and the staff is friendly.I have been taking my clothes there for 7 months and I am pleased.
I've been going to this place for 7 years. I moved out of the area and still go out of my way to drive up there to take my clothes to New Magic. They are nice and do amazing work. My clothes look practically brand new when I get them back!
Been customer for 5 years- mostly happy. Dropped off slacks for shortening. Picked them up- paid $12 for alterations- decided to wear them days later. Too long. Clerk waiting on me next time told me bring back for adjustment. "Manager" Sue acknowledged no work had been done. I agreed- told her what needed to be done. She wanted to see my tag. I had no tag. Computer verified date & payment. Her response- I was bringing in an alternate pr to be hemmed- scamming the cleaners. Insisted I would have to pay again for alterations even though I already pd $12. She wouldn't budge or acknowledge their error. Be wary. This kind of attitude not in best interest of customer. Must happen to others seeing other reviews. New management needed supporting philosophy of Dryclean Depot organization.
First off all the good review you see on here is from them offering $15 in free dry cleaning for a good review not for their good service they pay for good reviewsAfter going here for the last 5+ years every singling week, only to having them loose 4 pairs of pants over that time and also destroying a shirt here and their. The last straw was I paid to have a pair of pants fixed the zipper need to be resewn, after I took them home I saw they did not fix the zipper took it back and told the girl at the counter she went to find her manager and the manager said there is nothing she can do once you leave the building. I paid to have some thing fixed they did not fix it I did not check the repair on pick up because in good faith in them I would think the item would have been fixed that I paid to have fixed. The manager did not care that I spend around $1500 a year with them to clean my items and she was willing to loose my business over a $15 repair that was not done the first time.
They never bother to clean the clothes. They just press then and put them on the clear bag on hangers dirty. When asked for refund. Son came out and said due me. They do this on purpose. They know you won't sue over $15. Three items Nothing is 1.99
Awful! One week turnaround on clothes, told I had to unbutton all buttons on shirts, always had to prepay. When I complained about wrinkles in my shirts, he agreed with me, but was then proceeded to say " I work for free, so when people complain, I get angry!" I am done with them! Awful!
Would give 0 star if possible. Stained a shirt after drycleaning. I usually dont check 10-15 shirts before leaving the shop. The guy said he will charge $5.99 for the stain. The chinese duo are dishonest. Avoid at all cost. Try yourself if you dont believe. I didnt believe these reviews but stayed with them for about two months only to figure out their shady techniques.
Very poor service and customer service. I dropped 30 shirts for cleaning with no problem, professional staff. When I picked up my stuff no problem, until I got my shirts to the car a noticed some weren't clean. When went back in to show them. I asked why no one said anything about not able to clean the shirts, the owner said usually put a not on the bag. Which was not there. And then proceeded to tell the cleaners down the street couldn't do it better. Will not go back, you get what you pay for.
I agree with Jennifer G. The guy at the front desk was friendly, the first work they did was fine, but then after the fourth time they ruined three garments and denied any responsibility. Cheap is a rip-off, I discovered.
