I've been taking my persian cat here for the last few years. His previous groomer rerired. They always get his lion cut right, he always comes home smelling nice too. Not many groomers will do cats, let alone for a reasonable price, would recommend.

I've been a regular at Animal Care Veterinary Clinic for a couple of decades. I've found their doctors to be caring and very understanding. Same with their office staff. But I tried the groomer next door. I won't go back again and may even try to find a vet closer to home. I asked for the 'Lion Cut' on my Maine Coon cat. His huge Maine Coon mane was lopsided; he was shaved up to the top of his head between his ears and his boots were all different lengths. The groomer was packed full of dogs that scared my cat horribly. But I thought i'd try them again and exlained carefully that he was butchered the last time he was groomed. WRONG, but accurate word to use. I was met with being asked if I'd ever tried grooming a wiggling cat. (No; thats why i brought him to you, the professional.) And since I dared use the word 'butchered' I was told to go somewhere else to get my cat groomed. I definitely will and I'm advising other's to do the same with their cats. I've had him groomed beautifully at PETCO before several times but this place was cheaper. And you sure get what you pay for! I will tell anyone asking, to avoid Roy Pet Boutique at all costs. The butchered haircut was bad enough (and to everyone that saw my cat afterwards) but the rude woman on the phone needs to be given the same quality haircut. Then see how pleasant SHE is. Don't go there for cat grooming. Rude, lost records and horrible haircuts.
