        We probably should have waited a couple weeks before going in to purchase our carpet as our remodel wasn't quite finished. But Ogden's generously held our carpet for us until we were ready. The price was outstanding!
        The installer was quick and tidy. He did a stellar job and when he was finished we couldn't have been more thrilled.
        We are 100% satisfied with everything about our experience there and will definitely be going back when we need to make our next carpet purchase.

        Sales rep was very friendly and touted how great the customer service is. we decided to go with them for our carpet and are very dissatisfied. Installers chipped our entryway tile by dropping tools, chipped/broke baseboards, and dented our car that was in the driveway. They tried to cover the baseboards up by using caulk to glue the chips in place (very noticeable) and denied any other wrong doing. Ogden's is going to replace the chipped tile but still deny that they did it.
