The Boston Day and Evening Academy, also known as BDEA, is a member of the Coalition for Essential Schools and provides various educational settings for students between the ages of 16 and 23. It offers academic curriculum in art, math, English, science and technology. Established in 1995, the academy is a public high school that also conducts a distance learning program. The Boston Day and Evening Academy offers several case management services, including monitoring of academic progress and college and career counseling. The academy provides online information about college admissions and scholarship opportunities. It has more than 30 faculty members and is located in Roxbury, Mass.
