People say that buying a car is the second hardest thing behind buying a home. Well, at CBS Cars, the experience is so easy and enjoyable that I?ve purchased three cars from them over the course of just six years. These include a Corvette, a Chevy Blazer, and a BMW 330ci and they have all been excellent buys. There are many reasons that have made me a repeat and loyal customer. One of the main reasons is the utmost friendliness and attention to customer-satisfaction by Rufus Greene. He is always willing to go the extra mile to take care of my needs. As soon as you let Them know what vehicle you are looking for, they get to work and start looking and not just around the local area but all along the East Coast. When they find your perfect car, they make sure to make it look immaculate before you take ownership. What makes their cars even better is their very good value. All of my cars have been better deals than compared to private owners or dealerships. Unlike dealerships, CBS Quality Cars also sells comprehensive warranties at very reasonable prices. With CBS, I may never have reason to purchase a new vehicle again. I only wish buying a home were this enjoyable.

Great experience @ CBS Quality Cars

Today I purchased my 5th car and I can honestly say that this was my best car buying experience I have ever had.
My husband was out of town for the weekend and it was my grand idea to buy a new cargo van for the business. He gave me some tips on what to ask the dealer and trusted that I would make a wise decision. I found the cargo van I wanted on the internet at CBS Quality Cars. Most of the dealing was done over the internet and phone with Taylor Mayo. He was very professional and answered all of my questions promptly. I had my two babies with me so I didn?t have time to go to the dealership and haggle back and forth. Taylor truly wanted to earn my business and did so without trying to smooth talk me or offer me empty promises like most car salespeople who just want to sell a car do. Once the deal was finalized over the phone, I went into the dealership to sign the paperwork.
The next person I met with was Ryan Pool, the sales manager. Now this is generally the part of the deal that is the most dreadful. The paperwork has to be done and the guy generally runs over everything so fast that you don?t really know what you are signing but you are afraid to ask too many questions because this is the big guy and you don?t want him to get irritated with you. Well not with Ryan. Rayn was so personable and friendly I felt like I could ask him any question. When I didn?t understand something he explained it again. Like I said before, I had my two babies with me and one was running around his office and he thought it was great. Ryan made this part of the car buying experience extremely pleasant. He was very honest and I could tell that he was more concerned with customer service than making a buck.
Another thing that I really appreciated was the fact that Taylor paired me with someone that he knew would deal well with all of the commotion from the kids. I liked not having to worry if the big guy was going to be getting irritated with my two year old acting like a two year old.
Overall I am a very satisfied customer. So dads and husbands, you can feel confident sending your daughters and wives to CBS Quality Cars. Ask for Taylor or Rayn and I can assure you they will be treated well.
