We ordered a custom flag from Spirit Outfitters. Due to it's size, they contracted it out to another company, who submitted the final work with some sort of stains on it. Kevin took it upon himself to get it professionally cleaned for us so it was in tip top shape when we received it. Above and beyond. Thanks again!
This is the most unorganized business I have ever used. Our baseball team had the players order uniforms through Spirit Outfitters in Rowlett. We order them the last week of July. I never got a phone call when the uniform came in, instead in September I went to check. One of the pants was missing, and we were told they were on backorder. Finally, the pants came in mid September, but they were the wrong pants. Another order was placed and supposedly a rush was placed on the order. It is October 8th and I still do not have my pants. I just spoke to someone at the store, and was told they thought I had my pants. My pants were given to someone else!!! I paid in full, but have yet to receive my order, and no one there has offered a discount for my troubles.
