Primary Care
Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.
Ear Infections
Colds, upper respiratory infections, and URIs are common terms we use to describe viral illnesses that cause nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, fever, and cough. The fever usually lasts for 2-3 days, and the cough with congestion and runny nose may last for 5-10 days. The typical preschool-age child may experience 6-10 colds per year. Most colds resolve on their own with rest and fluids, but some may lead to ear infection, sinus infection, asthma attack, or other complications. If you are concerned about the possibility of one of these complications, please have your child seen in our office for an evaluation.

If you have concerns about your child's behavioral development, please call our office and ask to speak to our Behavioral Health Coordinator. We will discuss your concerns and gather information that will be used to determine how we can best help your child. If a Behavioral Evaluation with one of our providers is needed, we will schedule this visit for you and provide you with assessment tools that you can complete prior to the your visit.

It is our policy that all test results will be communicated to the ordering provider, or an alternate provider if the ordering provider is unavailable, within a period of time that allows prompt clinical action to be taken. The ordering provider will then communicate all test results, including normal results, to patients within specified time frames to ensure patients are active participants in their healthcare. This policy applies to all types of test results, such as laboratory, cardiology, radiology, and other diagnostic tests.
