Clean, tasty, friendly, comfortable, food is authentic and cooked with loveFresh lime in refreshing cocktails
I took my wife here last weekend when she wanted to try someplace new to her. I had been here years ago as a kid and remember it being pretty good. The food was very good. The queso with guacamole and ground beef was delicious. My wife had the tacos and I had the Georgetown combo meal, both …
The owner put some bucks into this place recently - no more red dingy, dirty carpet - all new wood flooring, including the dance floor - if you are a Long Horn fan this is your place! The walls are bleeding Orange and the Horns are on the wall! The deck outside has benches and heaters when need…
This is a really horrible place. I suggest if your not a criminal then don't come here. I had people trying to fight me and I am not a violent person. I was asked if I wanted illegal drugs and I'm am very unhappy with this place

15. The Tavern
This is an awesome bar. I heard that it used to have problems with staff and food but that was long ago. The only problem there now is one of the owners.... Stan. Is a drunk and likes to hang out there and give the staff grief and everyone that goes there knows it. But... for those who don't…

Too expensive, slow,incompetent
The food here is pretty good, the queso is awesome and so are the burgers. They have a ton of TV's here so it's perfect for when you want to watch a game. My only issue is how rude and stuck up the girls can be.
In looking at a few of the other reviews, I guess this is warranted. Must have new management, because I enjoyed the last time I was there and was looking forward to a reason for another visit. The three of us ordered two soft drinks, a pulled pork sandwich, cheeseburger and a Frito pie. Drinks came out immediately and waitress was very friendly. The restaurant was busy and we did realize there would be a wait; however, there is no excuse for an order taking close to an hour to come from the kitchen. There was a table next to us who were seated about twenty minutes after we arrived. They received there order within 10 minutes of their order which included (you guessed it) a Frito pie and a cheeseburger. The entire time I was waiting for my food, the waitress never offered to fill my wife's and daughter's drinks. We asked for a refill once: however, it never came. I couldn't wait any longer as we had plans to meet people and I didn't want be late so I went up to the bar and told the bartender I would pay for my two drinks, and that I had to go. She very rudely told me it was $4.00 and I handed her a $5.00 she slammed the register drawer and threw a dollar bill in my direction. The waitress came back and said you can't take it with you to go. In the restaurant's defense there was a large "Chalk Walk” street festival which meant the restaurant was considerably more crowded than normal. However, I would have expected the manager to beef up staffing for this weekend as it is an annual festival that draws a large crowd. This would have been the second time I have eaten at this restaurant, the first time the service was OK, but the food was really good. This time the bartenders customer service was inexcusable, the waitress was substandard. I did talk with the FOH manager and received a half hearted apology with the comment that the waitress should have told you it would be a wait. She did offer some free coupons for another visit; however, I declined as this was my last visit.
first place me and my friends ate when we got here which was today (2/21/14), never in my life have I been to a place where the servers were so rude and the service sucked. we waited an hour just for them to take our order. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EVER!
STAY AWAY IT'S AN ABSOLUTE DUMP, the manager Marcos is an A** HOLE and Amber there is a B**CH too. If you call there for a patron they get angry and nasty, I've been told if I call there again they'll call the police and file charges against me. I was banned from there back in Dec 2012 for NO reason AT ALL, but it's fine because that place is a TRASH HOLE and I'd NEVER go there again
been out of business for years
DON'T GO ON GAME DAY!!! We went here the day of the Texas/Oklahoma game and got there really early. It was just the two of us, yet we were told that there were only three tables where people were seated who were not going to stay for the ENTIRE game so we had to wait for one of those to open up. It seems like bad business sense to turn away paying customers who want to order food in favor of football fans who were going to...what...order a beer now and then? It was really disappointing. Maybe they could make the outdoor patio a FAN CENTER, but keep the inside of the restaurant for paying customers who would just eat and leave. On the other hand, the boneless wings are always good but even their MILD sauce is too spicy for me so I get the Tereyaki which is delicious. But get this....I asked for extra sauce but wasn't told there was a $.75 charge for a teeny bowl of tereyaki sauce. RIP OFF. The baked potato cassorole is a very good side, but charging $1.00 extra is way too much. The wait staff is usually pretty attentive, but this is definitely not my favorite place for wings anymore based on yesterday's experience. If you're going to charge for something a customer asks for like extra sauce, TELL THEM BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM THE BILL.
Wow! a surprizing little buy actually huge hole in the wall. Downtown Round Rock, plenty of parking, Front room has great small acoustic music groups on the weekend with easy listening jazz, reggie and other types of "not too loud" music in the courtyard. Food is great with a better-than-avarage diversity menu, everyone will find their type of food here. Mixed drinks and great beer on tap and a newly added game room in the back with pool tables, dance floor and a juke box in case neither of the bands are your style.
