Stellar Appliance

Stellar Appliance had to reschedule their service appointment with me three times in a row because they were not able to make it when they had planned. Again, I am waiting for them to show up to make a repair, and they are now 2 hours late, and are not answering the phone or returning my phone calls. I will never use Stellar Appliance again!

We have been getting the run around for 3 weeks to order a part it could be faster if we orderd the part ourself from the factory.
