After the week that I had with my child being critical ill. I decided to order a couple of pizzas. I was told by a unknown male that the delivery time was up to a hour and half due to being short staffed. So I ask to speak with a manager just to clarify. Wow she picked up the phone and was loud, rude and aggressive! Wrong on so many levels.. We dont give discounts so??... I mean if making pizza has you so stressed, then take a day off and definitely regroup! Carmen(spelling) was her name... I was not trying to be rude, but the over talking me and her reply with sarcasm hit a nerve. I mean before hanging up in my face. I simply told her to have the unknown male give out truthful information, per Carmen I have 9 drivers, far from being short staffed?? Her replys was a really loud and then the added laughs in my ear followed by" Yea Umm I will think about it" Then a click! I called back to get a refund back to my card and cancel my order. Kelly was super nice and stated that Ms. Carmon refused to come to the phone, but was yelling and giving information that I was asking for.. The Store Number, she did not know. She would not provide her information( I am the only Carmen here) Kelly kept apologizing ....I am so sorry! She even yelled out the cooperate number. Kelly was caught in the middle and left to try to fix a horrible experience, not her faught for someone who is a her manager. Per Kelly I will ensure that your money is refunded to your card ma'am and again I am so sorry! If this who is considered to be a manager wow.. She is leading by a great example!

They have lots of pizza flavors to choose from but garlic shrimp is my top pick! Love the combination!
