Avoid Round Rock Nissan like the plague!! We had nothing but issues with Round Rock Nissan over 2 years (service department rude, mis-parked our van and scratched it requiring body shop / paint work), no loaner vehicle even though their mistake, countless delays when getting warranty service work done). Was so bad that we stopped going there when Cedar Park Nissan opened up. Except in December 2017 we were forced to go back to Round Rock Nissan (Cedar Park said they couldn't help for that particular need because our Nissan NV was classified as a commercial vehicle). Long story short, we sold our Nissan NV on Dec 26th to Round Rock Nissan doing an "in/out" (where you bring vehicle and buyer to dealership and they handle the paperwork, title transfer, financing if buyer needs it, etc for a $500 "convenience fee" = MASSIVE frustration and delay) and today (Feb 10th) more than 6 weeks and a dozen follow ups since then we FINALLY got the last of the money the dealership owed us, plus an extra $10 for the "hardship". Pathetic!! "Gee honey, want to split a Sonic brown bag with our $10 to celebrate the end of this madness??" We should have had all of the money on Dec 26th as originally promised (and as the buyer had to pay before they drove off with the van). Round Rock Nissan "conveniently" told us we weren't going to be paid that same day until AFTER we signed over title to them (even though they said we would before). We would have taken it back but the buyer had driven down from Dallas and it didn't seem fair to them and we thought Nissan would do the right thing. The dealership should not have held out as long as they did with so much hassle from us. More than 6 weeks to resolve is pathetic!! AVOID Round Rock Nissan like the plague!!!

I called the parts department and spoke to J.J. He is in the parts department and would not give me a part number. Said it was the policy of his company. If the managers are reading this.I think it is sad and you should change your policy.
