We had Siena complete two fencing projects at our home. The first came out nicely although scheduling with them was a bit difficult; they had given us a timeframe (they were booking 6 weeks out), and then they wanted to push the job out even further. Their price was on par with other companies though and the work they did was fine, so we went with them again a couple years later for another fencing need that arose.
The second time around, however, the quality of their work was a nightmare. The purpose of the fence was to keep our toddler and dog from getting down to the lower portion of our yard (with the grading of our yard, we have two levels distinguish by a retaining wall, which required a fence for safety given the huge incline/tremendous drop off). Their final product, pictured in this review, had GIANT gaps underneath several panels and the gate, easily allowing both our dog and toddler to fit below. Their "solution" (also seen in the photos) was to take dirt from elsewhere in our yard and dump a pile to fill in the slightest amount of space, which looked atrocious and worst off still wasn't safe at all. They also installed the gate such that it opens down the hill, which is another HUGE safety issue (given that if it isn't latched just so, someone could easily lean or push and fall through the gate and down a giant hill). Lastly, the previous fence and new fence, which met at the outer perimeter of the yard, were no where near close in height; this also looked quite poor. These concerns were bought to the attending of the installers, whose response was basically that was the way it had to be done and could not be adjusted in order for the gate to function and for the other panels to sit flush with one another. Not knowing better or otherwise, we took them at their word.
Within a year, due to improper and just plain shoddy installation, the fence started to pull apart (see pictures) rendering it useless, as it was stopping nothing from getting through. The gate would also no longer latch due to how the panels had come out from the posts. We contacted Siena to come out to repair their work, which took several follow up contacts as well. Once we finally got them out to the house, we brought up our ongoing concerns again. The individual who came out agreed that things could/should have been done differently. When we reached out to the office as a follow up, we were asked why we hadn't brought these concerns up sooner. Although we had, since they were conversations and nothing was in writing up to that point, we were told they would only fix the leveling of the panels, resolving the GIANT gaps, if we paid several hundreds more for labor and materials. In the end, Siena did a terrible job for us, and it is disappointing they do not stand behind the quality of their work nor have greater concern for their customers' level of satisfaction.
