        Pepboys in round lake are a joke! I honestly think they took advantage of me! Ripped me off and didn't do all the work they said that was suppose to be done. I wasn't even told some of the work wasn't done til I got home and my fiancé figured it out. They are a total joke!!! When I called to tell them the problem they just kept talking in circles making no sense at all. Do not I repeat DONOT go to pepboys. The one I went to was in round lake beach. The next call I make is arbitration!
