I love buffalo wild wings but this location is just bad. IT took 30minutues for us to be seated. Then another hour and a half before we got the food. AND then the food was cold when we got it. I walked out. It is beyond ridiculous here.

Foods good, prices are great, service ok

Everytime i go there i always ask for the same server, who is great. the other night i went there and he was off, and our new server would't come over to our table( we must have looked comfortable), and we sat for 25 minutes waiting for him to come get our money so we could pay the bill, otherwise he was ok. Food was fresh and tasted ok

Rediculous ID-Checking Policy, Re-Warmed & Stale Food.......

For starters, some new policy about checking every customer's ID that orders a beer is the most rediculous thing I have ever heard. Whoever thought of and put this policy in place should be FIRED! Not only check the ID, they take them back to an office somewhere, like you are being interrogated for something. I will never return to this location on this stint alone.

It was Monday night and Monday Night Football was just starting. We asked to be seated close to one of the big screens to watch the football game. So what were we given? A seat directly in front of the only big screen in the entire place that wasnt showing the football game.

Then comes the food. I have never had so much stale and rewarmed food in my life. The french fries may be fresh cut but they most certainly were not freshly cooked.

Popcorn shrimp that were so filled with grease, they were dripping.

The Southwest Dippers had to be refried at least 3 times, it was like eating a flip-flop.

Once I informed the waiter of our disgust with the ID policy and that reviews of their location would be put all over the internet, he was like a nat or car salesman and wouldn't leave us alone. Over the next 30 minutes, he asked us if everything was all right 16 times.
