The Doctor sat on the floor next to my dingo who is very not very comfortable with being approached or touched. She let the staff and Doctor handle her without being scared. He changed some of medications that she has been for about 2 years. Plus the ones she was put on a few days ago. I am now a client plus my 6 GRANDDOGS!!!!

I took 14 year old dog to get a second opinion as
how best to treat her for congestive heart failure and tumors on her back legs. We [My husband] how the Doctor sits down on the floor. That made our dingo cross just relax. Let the Dr. examine her
head to toe. Changes on her medications were done. Plus a complete blood test done so he can add / subtract things according to how the levels are. He mentioned she needs dental work but we can address that done the way. Right now he is trying to address getting her to begin feeling like she was before. Am so thankful for the referral to his Clinic. Am switching all 6 of my dogs to him from here forward. Am impressed with the Staff and Dr. Very professional and inviting towards the clients.

Scheduling staff is amazing!! Couldn't say 1 good thing about Dr.Gutierrez or his assistants!!! My 7 month old pup was quarantined for 10days for snapping at someone. So he had to be neutered. Well my normal vet was overbooked & Casa Q was nice enough to get him...however when I picked him up I was met at the door by Doc whom rudely told me "you can go get your dog yourself because he is groggy & growling" no post op instructions, or detail on how surgery went...but did mention (as I walked away) "if he bites again he will be killed & you will be prosecuted" mind you I had my child with me who was horrified that his dog could be "killed"!! I was then escorted to a horse stall in which had reminence of horse feces (my dog has fresh wounds that could be cantiminated) & then rudely prompted to exit a garage door and walk around building to my car. I was never instructed on how to care for my dog after surgery or if he had to be seen again! I had to call later because he didn't have his city tag I had paid for. Nor was I given an opportunity to ask the several questions I had concerning his after care.Then this morning he wakes up with this dry hacking cough. I am too disgusted to call casa Q so I call another vet who informs me that my dog prolly has kennel cough and casa q should have known better than to send him home without addressing that issue or at least informing me that this is goin on & needs to be treated!! There is no wonder I have heard so many horrific things about Dr. Gutierrez! I pray his license is pulled Very soon!!

This vet is greedy and dishonest. He claimed that my dog had "at least two" infected teeth that were "oozing pus" and needed to come out right away. As soon as I got her home, she chewed almost an inch off the end of an Elk rib bone...with the very teeth he said were terribly infected. On another visit, he said he was "glad to see that the cyst on her foot isn't any bigger". He had never seen the cyst, because it didn't exist on the last visit. Furthermore, he said lancing it was "an expensive and elaborate procedure that she would really not like". When I tried to order heartworm meds (he does not carry the brand that she will eat), he refused to give the prescription to me or 1800PetMeds, and "dismissed" me as a customer. My neighbor has had the same experience with his treatment of her cats. NOT recommended!
