If the one in Roswell is anything like the one in Carlsbad I feel sorry for everybody that buys a Ford from Kelly Grimsley Auto Group my vehicle is falling apart today because of what they've done to it and it still don't even have over 50,000 miles on it this whole car company Kelly Grimsley and is a joke don't anyone buy a Ford from either one of them in Carlsbad or here in Roswell because apparently they don't know how to customer service or take care of the vehicles they work on. PS if they keep it longer than 3 months I got to take it back that's how long they took for my vehicle and it's still not running right
I had taken in my 2013 Subaru BRZ, with a custom body kit to have some repairs done. I had told them about the body kit being custom many times before I even had taken in the car, they even had images of the vehicle before they started work on it. They told me they would have no issues completing work on the vehicle and I should have it back within a week. Well today is the 6th day, and I receive a very discerning call, they contact me to tell me that after they had removed the back bumper, they had realized it was a custom body kit. Keep in mind, I had told them many times before this. I was told the vehicle was in the paint shop yesterday, but it seems all they have done in 6 days was take off the back bumper and realize that the vehicle had a custom body kit.They also went on to tell me, that they might end up doing more damage, then repair if they even attempt to repair the back bumper. Along with this, they had told me many times when I would call for an update that they would call me back the following day with information, but all these times I would end up having to call back to receive any information regarding my inquiry.If you have anything other then stock parts on your vehicle, and even then, I would highly suggest not even giving them the light of day to complete any work on your vehicle. Do not even give them a call.Edit: Along with another users, I can not stress the fact that even after contacting Google, I am not able to leave a review lower than a star. :(

Well.....I had no idea I was supposed to do there job for them..... Totally unsatisfied.....lousy service...... totally unprofessional.......I myself will never do business with them again......I wasted so much time with their BS....
I bought a jeep Cherokee from them back in 2006-2007. There was an accident and the vehicle was totalled. Ins was filed, as well as their ins, so the vehicle was paid for. This happened in 2008. They put this on my credit report as a bad debt. So now I have tried for the last several years to have it removed, and they have not removed it, plus want me to pay for it again. Be careful with these people, you will get screwed. I have contacted an attorney about the situation, so hopefully it will be resolved. Buyers BEWARE!

Will tell you one thing on a trade in and then change it. Very unhappy with customer service. Will not buy a truck or car from them ever. Also will not recommend them to any family, friends or coworkers.
The work was awful. The trunk they painted wall all messed up and will not close properly. They must have smoked while working on the car because the interior smells like an ashtray.
Called ahead to find when the body shop would be open. I was informed it was open from 9-4 on Saturdays. When I arrived to the 2601 address I was told the body shop was closed but the girl was sure someone in the service department could give me a body estimate. I knew it was two different components but she insisted I follow her anyways so she could hear for herself, I guess. The guys in the service department confirmed they could not do a body estimate but at least they were more informative than anyone else had been since calling that morning. I give them 2 stars because its not their fault I had a bad first experience dealing with customer service at Desert Sun Motors who knows so little about the Collision Center, but because I can't find any information about he collision center on the Desert Sun website that they are connected to.
Bought a new Jeep and had the best time ever with these guys. Super price, great financing and my salesman knew about the car top to bottom. Nice experience for once!
