Unfortunately we didn't check Yelp before coming here with the wedding dress. 1 star on Yelp. And 1 star here right now. They made a hole in the wedding dress on a wedding day. What else to say? Imagine the bride's feelings. Refused to refund, the owner was non professional, rude and aggressive. Don't go there.
We are using Coleman cleaner for over 2 years. Super happy with the service, timeliness and knowledge of the store owners. Always friendly when you come in the door! Reasonable prices.
Awful!!! Customer service is terrible! I only gave them one star, because you can't give no stars! I took some curtains there to be hemmed and the seamstress did a horrible job. My three year old could have cut a straighter line. Plus she left only a 1 inch hem (standard for curtains in 6 inches), so there was no material to work with to fix them. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he'd check with his boss. No one ever called me. I had to call them several times (no one ever answers). When I finally got ahold of him he said he asked her and she won't refund my money. He said she was independent from them, but refused to give me her phone number. Then he basically said it was my fault and I should have taken them somewhere else, because they only do dry cleaning. Why then do they advertise they do alterations? My husband has been taking his dry cleaning there for a long time (they are cheap and on his way to work) and that's how they treat good customers?! Terrible!!!
I called to verify they did indeed have a laundry service, she said yes. Then when I inquired as to what is the charge she said "what are you talking about" then she hung up. So guess they don't want my business.
WOW!!!! If you have time to waste, do go to this AWFUL so called dry cleaners.5 TRIPS I had to make there to get a jacket and a coat clean. After 5 trips they are still with spots on-I have paid extra for the spots- and my jacket has yellow spots on now(new color for the spots.). His answer was that he did not see it in the back. WHATTTTTT? I HAVE TOLD HER ABOUT THIS. So, basically he did not even touched my jacket, and why should he once he took my money already and 4 days later? BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO SHAME!!!!!! Not to mention that while talking to him, he left me talking to myself and answered the phone, then went in the back and he was doing his work. After few minutes of waiting, thinking that he will come back and finish talking to me I finally asked the 3 people present there if anybody will help me. WOW! And that man is the owner???? WOW!!!!Then one of the ladies gave me the business card of the manager. (I was hoping I can talk to someone). Her husband answers the phone, and he tells me she is in the middle of something and I should call back. Really????????So I took my items, NOT EVEN WITH THE PLASTIC ON- and left to another cleaners. So i will pay extra double for my jacket and coat. I wanted to share my experience with everyone who needs a dry cleaners, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! IT IS AWFUL!!!!!!!PS. They make you pay in the beginning because they will not give you the money back if there is a mistake on their side. How do I feel now? DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!Be aware I gave them one star because otherwise I couldn't post this review. They do not deserve even a star. Do not waste your time and money.
We had over 500lb of laundry in storage that needed to be washed. Deedee and her crew did an amazing job, washing and folding everything in a short amount of time, grouping like items so they were easy to find, and all for a great price. Highly recommend!
They were able to get a stain out of my pants that the other cleaner gave up on. And it was ready that afternoon!
I liked Victory's quick service. The guy who greets you seems to have a photographic memory--I barely had to give him my name before he had my garments in hand. Always ready when stated. Drop off equally as quick. Good cleaning. However, the advertised price of $2.49 for MOST garments... which is 100% of the reason I drove out of my way to get to Victory... is not what I experienced MOST trips. I typically have blazers and pants--the usual business attire. My last ticket had 5 items and the price I paid was $20.
