My wife went in with an offer from the website. They said they did not have that particular car - then said they never had it - and tried to get her to go for a truly terrible offer. She thanked them for their time and tried to leave and was literally chased to her car by the salesperson. It was like a scene from an old comedy, only it wasn't funny. It was pathetic. There are lots of Toyota dealers in Atlanta. I advise giving this one a miss.
SCAM!!! PLEASE READ!!! Me and my girlfriend had a really bad experience with this company, to say the least. She was interested in purchasing a vehicle from this vendor. We met up with Mustafa Hamid to see the car, and test drive it. We liked the car and put $200 down towards the down payment, contingent on everything checking out. But like one of the reviewers said, they use cars that were previously involved in accidents, and fixed them up with. This was not disclosed. When we found out, from the bank, we informed Mr. Hamid that we were no longer interested in the vehicle, and would like our deposit back. Mr. Hamid said ok and we set up a time when we could pick up the deposit when he gets back in town. Long story short, he was evasive, and started ignoring my calls and texts. After a few days I decided to go to the office address listed on their website only to find out that they didn't have an office. Then I tried calling the office number and spoke to who I guess is the owner. I asked him where his office was located, and he just kept asking me why. So, I told him of the situation. He then said he would talk to Mustafa, and then call me right back. He didn't. And then he too started ignoring my calls and texts. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!
Do not rent a car from Nalley Toyota of Roswell ever. They have a decent price but in the end they charge you hundreds more than the price that is agreed upon and no matter what they will hit you with smoking fee even though nobody smokes . On top of that they don't even tell you when checking out that your going to be hit with such fees you will just look at your account and see it . I live out of state and that might play a role in it but once again this just shady buissness practise . Called to rectify the issue and the story they tell is all made up like they are reading it off a card and when you ask to talk to manger of course he is busy.

I purchased my Certified 2013 S5 Cabriolet from Nalley Audi on Cobb Parkway and the experience was so bad and service so poor that I vowed to never return. Car had 6500 miles and broke down the day after I took delivery. Yes the very next day. Since they already had my money they were in absolutely no hurry to fix it and I never received a satisfactory answer as to why this happened. Fast forward one year and it breaks down again. Determined not to repeat the poor experience, I had Audi Roadside Assistance tow it to the dealership in Roswell. This in itself was inconvenient because I work 5 block from Nalley on Cobb PKWY. The service in Roswell was even worse. Three promises for call backs but every time I had to call them. They said the computer showed a misfire on cylinder #6 but since they could not make it happen again Audi refused to pay for any repairs. So 3 days later I get the car back with no repairs and only a $350.00 oil change. Now I can find an expert to fix the car out of my own pocket or risk is shutting down without warning on a busy Atlanta highway.
We purchased a car from Nalley Toyota and we are totally unhappy with the car . We contacted Nalley and they said they would take the car back with full value trade back, because it has only been two weeks. They said that we couldn't get the sales tax back or the doc fee and we agreed on that. We picked out another car to purchase from them and they reneged on the deal . They lied about what they would trade for . They arent good for their word.
I came here because my job sponsored this dealership so they gave us all free oil changes. Little did I know they would be the reason my car continues to mess up to this day. I brought my car in with no problems, just needed a basic oil change. Instead of changing my oil they drained my transmission fluid. Once I was leaving I noticed my car jumping almost everytime I accelerated. For the next 3 weeks I came by trying to speak with a manager so they could look at my car. The first 3 times I came by I was told there wasn't a manager around and they were "on break", so I would speak with the nearest employee to see if they would take a look at it because I knew my transmission fluid was gone. They literally told me there's no way they could've gotten that mixed up and shined me on. The 4th time (after a few weeks of having to drive it messed up) I finally got to speak with a manager. Keep in mind I'm a young girl so it's hard to be taken seriously in this industry as it is but I did my research and literally had to convince them they did something wrong. Well once they finally looked at it, they confirmed their "mechanic" got it mixed up with the oil and drained the wrong tube. So they put the transmission fluid back and did the oil change. Once they were done they seriously had the balls to try to sell me an engine mount because by then it had been broken! Which only happened because my car had no fluid which made my engine slam into it the weeks I had been trying to get their attention to fix it! Not only did they try to sell me that but they literally quoted me $550 for this when at a normal rate it costs about $250. Regardless it should've been fixed for free since they messed it up! They did not make things right at all, only began the never ending cycle of always having something wrong with my car to this day. Things have escalated so fast after that one incident and they never gave me a receipt so I don't even have proof of going there. Words can't describe how irate and powerless I feel and can't believe this place is still in business with the shady service they give. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. I'm sure they assumed I was a free loader since I had a coupon and I'm young; but that is just over the top messed up to intentionally screw up someone's car and never make it right. I wish there was more that I could do, but the least I can do is help prevent others from experiencing this over rated company with under educated mechanics.
I recently just purchase my second vehicle from Nalley Lexus Roswell. I been going there for a little over 10 years and I can't say one bad thing about the dealership. They treat me like family and this goes a long way. The atmosphere is comfortable and respectful. I highly recommend Nalley Lexus Roswell.
Great Service! The service center messed up my appointment, but when I arrived - you would have never known. The service associate jumped right in and took care of me!
