I wanted to let everyone know that the new location has given me first class service today. I've been with Chase since it had taken over First Chicago Bank in my hometown. My daughter and my mom has accounts with Chase as well. Today I wanted to deposit my coins into my checking account. I had coins I need to deposit into my account. I had my coins rolled up with the bank wrappers. When I had taken in my coins to the bank and deposited into my account, I was told I was unable to deposited it because I had more coins in each of the bank wrappers. The bank did not have a coin machine to count it. So the bank Manager, Mr. Jay Armstead had assisted me with eased. He was able to de=escalate the issue with his tone, word choices and his willingness to help me. He offered to manually count it for me. He did what the teller could have assisted me. Sometimes you have to show empathy and compassion. What's lacking in the world is the human touch. Mr. Armstead was exceptional. One thing most companies have lost is the human touch. Yes, there are rules and guidelines in place to runs companies and corporations effectively. Everything is not always a number but person who have feelings. Mr. Jay Armstead, with all respect and gratitude, I would like to thank you for your help regarding my issues. Your timely assistance is all what’s needed and your bank has always been prompt when it comes to assistance. One recommendation I would make, is to have a coin machine in each of your location. There are some customers who might need to deposit coins into their account. Best of Luck Mr. Jay Armstead!
