We purchased a Yukon here for my wife and the experience was over the top! The Carl Black Automotive company has been very professional and was transparent throughout the process. I would recommend this Buick GMC dealer to anyone in the Atlanta area.

I came here because my job sponsored this dealership so they gave us all free oil changes. Little did I know they would be the reason my car continues to mess up to this day. I brought my car in with no problems, just needed a basic oil change. Instead of changing my oil they drained my transmission fluid. Once I was leaving I noticed my car jumping almost everytime I accelerated. For the next 3 weeks I came by trying to speak with a manager so they could look at my car. The first 3 times I came by I was told there wasn't a manager around and they were "on break", so I would speak with the nearest employee to see if they would take a look at it because I knew my transmission fluid was gone. They literally told me there's no way they could've gotten that mixed up and shined me on. The 4th time (after a few weeks of having to drive it messed up) I finally got to speak with a manager. Keep in mind I'm a young girl so it's hard to be taken seriously in this industry as it is but I did my research and literally had to convince them they did something wrong. Well once they finally looked at it, they confirmed their "mechanic" got it mixed up with the oil and drained the wrong tube. So they put the transmission fluid back and did the oil change. Once they were done they seriously had the balls to try to sell me an engine mount because by then it had been broken! Which only happened because my car had no fluid which made my engine slam into it the weeks I had been trying to get their attention to fix it! Not only did they try to sell me that but they literally quoted me $550 for this when at a normal rate it costs about $250. Regardless it should've been fixed for free since they messed it up! They did not make things right at all, only began the never ending cycle of always having something wrong with my car to this day. Things have escalated so fast after that one incident and they never gave me a receipt so I don't even have proof of going there. Words can't describe how irate and powerless I feel and can't believe this place is still in business with the shady service they give. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. I'm sure they assumed I was a free loader since I had a coupon and I'm young; but that is just over the top messed up to intentionally screw up someone's car and never make it right. I wish there was more that I could do, but the least I can do is help prevent others from experiencing this over rated company with under educated mechanics.

I flew from West Palm Beach, South Florida to purchase my GMC from Carl Black. I had contacted >20 dealerships near my home and further away, and can honestly say that Carl Black Roswell treated me the best, answered my questions, went out of their way to make my deal happen, handled everything with a smile, and responded to everything I asked. In contrast, many other dealers just kept plugging away with the Automated Form Emails, ignoring the questions they didn't want to answer, telling me things I had not asked about, and pushing their own agenda.



After driving all the way home, loving my new car, and driving it for a week, I can look back and say that I would absolutely do it all again - in fact, having had the experience I am even more likely to try to buy my next car from Carl Black! Everybody I met, from Sante in Finance, to Jon the manager, James the internet sales manager, Anna who called to give me updates and Daniel who collected me from the airport, everybody was first class.



I would do it again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend Carl Black Roswell to any friend, or anybody else that would like to be treated well and get a good deal.

On Memorial day we were shopping for a car with a low lease. We didn't have much time at any one dealership since we needed to shop around. When we got to Carl Black in Roswell, they claimed they can help and it would only take a minimum of 15min for our info and to look @ our truck which we would trade in. The salesman kept saying 10 more minutes, and they would have a price for us. After almost one hour, we left. That evening they called us and said they have a deal and the car being priced would be driven down from Kennesaw. Once we thought about it, we decided against it and told them we are passing on the deal. A few days later they called and gave us a better deal, which we could not pass up. We agreed to it and my husband was leaving work early the following day to give in his truck and pick up the new vehicle around 2pm. Once he got to the dealership, they claimed that the car still needed to be driven from Kennesaw (which on Memorial Day they claimed it was on its way). They told him to come back in a few hours. After waiting, they finally called and said the car (which they claimed was BRAND NEW at the start) had 3000 miles on it and used on a Golf Course. After all the time wasted, we called back and left a message with salesman Eric that we would like a shot @ a car they had on the lot. Our call was never returned. I have never dealt with such poor Customer Service and their bottom line is $$$$$. I will never deal with Carl Black again.

I just bought my third truck from Carl Black. I have always been pleased with the deal I received and their professionalism. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I recommend them to you!

From the Body shop to the service department was a waste of time. I wish I had chosen another body shop / service center to repair my car after being hit by a delivery truck. I dealt with two managers one over the body shop, the other from an email I received to get a $6.95 oil change. I would never want to deal with Carl Blacks lack of customer service, failure to do the job contracted to do, failure to comply with the warranty or stand by the work half done to my car.
