This place is a regular dive bar made from an old gas station, with one exception...they have fantastic pizza. The outdoor seating is great and they have live music on the weekends. The music can get overly loud, however. The service is hit or miss, but they're usually pretty good. On to the food. The pizza always tastes fresh and if you look over behind the bar, you can see the pizza oven. They have specialty pizzas, but my favorite thing is to order a custom, which they encourage. I usually go for the ham, pineapple, jalapeño, and olive. I've also tried the Route 52 or something like that which is amazing. The small is the perfect size for anyone, with one or two pieces left over to take home with you. Get there early, because parking in downtown Roswell is always an issue, and this restaurant only has about four spots to choose from.
Pathetic customer service. I placed order and they accepted it as usual. I paid through credit card. After 1.30 hours I called them, they said its 11 miles (too far to deliver), on first hand they shouldn't have taken the order, and said will deliver in 20-25 minutes. after 1 hour I called them and cancelled the order. and asked them to make a refund. I haven't got mu order in almost 2.30 hours. After 3 hours a delivery guy knocked at our door, and said here is your delivery and bill. I said I had already paid through card, and have already cancelled the order. They have communication gap, they ask for money which was already paid through card. So be careful when you order. Still haven't got the refund. i was told that the owner is gone home and will call you back in the morning. The next day i called him and he said we haven't charged the amount, i already had the message from the bank. He said i will call you back in a while. He called back and said the amount has been reversed. Still its not done. A pathetic customer service fro these guys, the owner don't bother to call and apologize. BE AWARE!!!
Went there today for the first time was going to try the $5.00 deal guy told me it was after 2 so no can do.. went to my car and my cell phone said 1:55 went back in and told him it was 1:55 and he showed me the clock on his register it said 2:09 what a crock! Never tried this pizza but never will go back
This place reminded me of the pizza I grew up with in Pennsylvania. My husband never eats the crust of pizza and he loved their thin crust. The service there is great and the slices are huge!! But worth every penny.
After reading some of the bad reviews, we decided to give them a try anyway. the 1st time we ordered delivery.. a calzone, chicken parm sub, fries, and greek salad, all of which were really good!On our 2nd visit, we were going to Kroger, so we decided to go in and order a pizza and some wings. I must say, this pizza experience was an excellent one! Everything from the cheese and dough to the sauce is great! Put them all together and you have one great pizza. All in all, the staff is friendly and helpful and my family will be back for more. Brickhouse keep up the good work! everything was very good. I am glad we ignored the reviews and gave them a shot.
Pleasant surprise-many more items on the menu than we expected! Went there for PIZZA! Many other "Italian" selections, nice beer list and a laid back friendly atmosphere. Reasonable prices and capable staff. Had the White Pizza, a greek salad, tap beerand went home feeling good-and with leftovers-a win, WIN!! Will definitely be taking advantage of delivery!
family owned and operated, I heard the Brick House was well known in Roswell for its superior pizzas, but my first visit was to meet a friend for dinner, so we both ordered our entrees from the menu - mine, the eggplant parmegiana, hers, the chicken parmegiana. They were both HUGE portions, hot, tasty, and very affordably priced. Served over tons of pasta, rolls and a salad, it would be hard to fault anything about the Brick House based on our first experience. The staff was attentive, helpful and quick. Dinner for two with a glass of wine each was about $40 not including tip - hard to argue with that for a warm and delicious meal on a rainy evening. The ambience was pleasant with a mix of booths and tables. My guess is it could get noisy later in the evening and on weekends, but this was a Thursday evening and on the early side. On the whole, it was a very pleasant evening for a first visit and I'd recommend the Brick House. Next time I'll try the pizza.
Never got served. Heard that the pizza was good, but never got to try it. Plenty of empty tables inside and what appeared to be plenty of staff, but we were never served. Got our menus dropped at us and that was it. Sat for 15 minutes while multiple staff members just walked right by us, cleaned the already empty tables next to us while we just sat there. No one asked if we had been helped, no one said someone would be right with us. Apparently we either weren't cool enough or they just don't care. Then, when we tried to leave our car was blocked in because the parking is almost as bad as the staff. There was one person who was responsible, a cook in the back., He's the good one there and wish I knew his name. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there. Thanks Diesel. If I could give a zero, then I would. Left and went to Spiced Right BBQ down the street, which is always a hit. I never write reviews of places but Diesel was just so blatantly bad that I had too.
