Parkway Taxi & Livery

I called the night before and made reservations for a cab to pick me up at 8 00 am from my home to go to Amtrak at Back Bay station. 8 am arrived the next day and no taxi came. I called to inquire where my taxi was in route and was told that there wasnt any cabs in my area, Roslindale. I explained that I made the reservation the night before and the woman from Parkway reiterated that there were not any cabs available. She was unapologetic and rude.



Therefore, I had to cancel my $125 Amtrak ticket and reschedule my trip to NJ. The next train was in the afternoon and the price jumped from $125 to $178. Thanks to Parkway Taxi's unreliable service, I was not only late to the engagement that I was attending in NJ but I also had to pay $53 more in train cost.



I would not recommend Parkway Taxi. They are unprofessional and unreliable. Dont waste your time or money.
