lines toooo long. never anyone to help with product questions...and good luck finding a cart...never going back to this one.
You'll sit there on hold forEVER. I didn't want to hang up because I didn't want to 'lose my place.' After about a half hour I just forced myself to hang up. When I called again, I was on hold with dead-air for many minutes again. Could they at least play Christmas music? So, I called back and asked for a manager. Twenty minutes after the transfer -- still nobody. I hung up and called back and asked for a manager AGAIN. This time she said, "Ok, but we're really busy." I'm glad business is going so well for them, but they won't have MY business anymore. Stores need to start valuing customers and their time if they want us to spend money during these difficult economic times.
