Primetime auto is a big Rip off the worst dealer in michigan Joe will sell you a lemon car high in mileage. He prey’s on consumers with bad credit make them feel like he’s there only hope in to getting a use car.will definitely over charge for an old vehicle. A lemon with a car note is what you will receive. He act if he’s trying to help an give a story about how he help so many people. He only help people get into a lemon vehicle with a high car note. I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to get a car or truck from Primetime Auto. The biggest ripoff ever Buyer Beware....... Please this dealer play a lot of games and will be damaging to your credit

Don't go near this place. This Dealership sold me a car, acted like they wanted to help & even said I could bring it back in a few years to get a different one. (Like a lease-but it wasn't) Told me to always pay in person at the lot each month. They seem to like cash payments. I never received the original car title, or paymentaddresses/confirmations, or anything in the mail- no annual privacy or balance notices, nothing. When I got a different vehicle they misrepresented & fluffed over the seriousness again acting like I could bring it back or they can always work with me. They offered a warranty to give me a warm & fuzzy feeling right before I signed. When I actually needed the "warranty"for a repair, it didn't exist! They said they didn't file the paperwork. Repairs keep coming up, they won't help me. I drove my parents car after that. Paid a ton for nothing paying. They sell cars on 5 year loans that could never actually last 5 years. They use a private finance guy who they laughably call a bank (but he is also an attorney). They use him to threaten customers. I looked online found 3 other online customer complaints about them offering false warranties, majorly misrepresenting intentions and terms verbally, and let's not forget selling trash cars to low income people who can afford it the least and usually can't fight back.
This guy sold me a LEMON! Less than a week after purchasing a 2008 Jeep Commander! The ENGINE is gone in the vehicle. UNBELIVEABLY RUDE, CURSES AND HANGS UP ON YOU, AND NO COMPASSION WHATSOEVER! He yelled and told me that it is my F'ING PROBLEM AND HUNG UP ON ME! IF I COULD TURN BACK THE HANDS OF TIME, I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT THERE!! If you go back to the dealership with an issue, he will try and send you down to Sparks Auto Repair which is up the street. THEY are even tired of him! They said that he basically tries to throw everybody off on them without even notifying them first! DON'T DO IT!! ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER THEN JEFFREYS!!
Had an awesome buying experience with the staff at M-97 Auto, they were very helpful and made sure I got approved on the car I wanted. They treat you like family.
Giving one star only because I didn't have the option for zero. Where to start. Saw the car in an add - looked great. Went to see it and drive it - it seemed to drive great. Got reassurances from Billy that it was a "great car - I'd put my own kids in it". Showed us the Car Fax which made us feel more comfortable buying it. If it's too good to be true, trust your gut instinct. 2 days after buying the car, the check engine light comes on. Took it to my mechanic for an oil change and to have him look it over. The call I got sent chills down my spine. The frame was rusted to the point he was telling me not to let my daughter drive it, it was too dangerous. The list of problems is too long to list here; everything from extreme frame rot to faulty repair to the brake lines, cut emergency brake cable, etc, etc, etc. When I called Billy, all I got was a "too bad" and "do you understand what 'as is' means?" When I asked him if all the cars on their lot are just like this one he said yes. He got so belligerent on the phone I finally just hung up on him. Way to screw over a college kid looking for a decent car to safely get to work and school. When all is said and done, avoid this place like the plague.
This man is rude and sold me a lemon he cursed me out I spent 3500 and haven't drove my truck 2 week's
GET A RECEIPT! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Check engine light came on, went to Auto Zone; 2 codes (gas pedal sensor or full body throttle) I went to City Auto Sales. The mechanic Rony said I needed a full body throttle. It would be $350. He told me he'd put a new full body throttle in my car & it'd be 1 hr. I asked the manager, Eddie, about the part that was being installed because it had been over an hour and Eddie told me that it was because he had to leave and personally go pick up the brand new part from the dealership himself. 3.5 hours later I'm told my vehicle is done. I was charged $350 and I signed a charge receipt. I was never given a receipt with details of the repairs or an itemized receipt, but I had been there for almost 4 hours with a baby and I was tired and ready to go. I would just come back the next day to get a receipt. So I left and everything was fine until that night. I exited the highway and boom, problem popped up again and so did the check engine light. Took it to Midas on W. Maple Rd in Troy the next morning. It came back with 1 service code. Full Body Throttle. My car was running fine for a little while because they had reset my sensor, BUT didn't fix the issue. 2 hours later my car was FIXED by Midas. I went to get my money back. Eddie argued with me about it & REFUSED to give me a receipt or show me proof that a new part was purchased from the dealership. Rony said HE went & bought the part & didn't have a receipt for it. Before, Eddie told me HE was the one that went & bought the part. After 45 minutes he finally gave in & gave me the receipt. It was for a $60 gas pedal. I was charged $350 for a full body throttle. I asked why he said I got a Full Body Throttle when I never did. He tried to tell me the other $290 was for labor. Got a refund after revealing I'd recorded everything & would sue if I had to. The gas pedal was removed, my old gas pedal was put back, took it back to Midas to have the vehicle checked and the pedal was fine.
