The customer service at this place is bad. The ice cream isn't that good. The food is just plain bad and to top everything off the prices are high. I can't recommend this place at all.
Poor service, poor attitudes. I live near here and have frequented this restaurant, but I am done. They are so rude and not friendly. I have also found black curly hairs on my food before.
Awesome food and the best ice cream
There were 2 people in line inside when I got there and I was the only one in the drive through, it took them 5 minutes to realize I was even waiting to place my order. Then the lady kept telling me to hold on, then she told me the wrong total, when I got y food I received no receipt which is ridiculous considering I paid with a debit card. So I went inside to ask for a receipt and I had what I ordered written down on paper because I was ordering for more than just me. The man at the counter looked at me as if I was stupid when I told him I needed my receipt. He went to ask the lady on drive thru and she instantly knew my order and gave the receipt to the guy, while she did this she gave me a dirty look, like I was being rude for asking for a receipt when she didn't do her job. I can't take it off my checkbook without a receipt! Both the guy and the lady had rude facial expressions and I won't be going to that Taco Bell again because of the bad service I had. I don't suggest this Taco Bell location to anyone. Every time I go there they either mess up my order, or are completely rude. Their job is serving people food- aka customer service. If you don't serve the customer well I think they have a right to tell you.
I love culver's ice cream but there service was horrible. am I really to be greeted by a blank stare? Is it a company policy to move at a snail's pace? Are they afraid of being fired for saying thank you? if they could pay More attention to their customers they would be great.
