I called and the staff was very nice and told me I could schedule a cab for a certain time they called it a time call I use them now all the time

They always go the extra mile to get our customers when needed the best ride around. I recommend them.

I like the service from their drivers. Most others try to make the drive very impersonal but they always make me feel at ease.

When ever I have to call a cab for my customers I use their service. They are polite and always never give me the run around like other cab services

I've used Shamrock many many times now. They have never been late. The cab drivers are always friendly and courteous. The cabs are clean and well taken care of. Shout outs to Tom who usually drives me and Ron and Bruce who drove me today. Dana P.

i will never use there service again….. they didn't show up when they said it was over an hour later and the car sounded like it was going to fall apart before we even got there. then the driver starts telling me how the cars have bed bugs and they can't get ride of them.

Personally, I'd give it 2.5 stars. Only reason why I gave it 3 stars is cause I was told it would take 40 min to show up but they got here in 20 min. The reason for the low rating is cause the driver was kinda rude and criticized my reasons for using the cab. I needed a ride to an auto shop to pick up my car. All the driver did was criticized me and told me I was being ripped off from the auto shop, only because I'm female. He wasn't listening to me when I told him what I was trying to get fixed and kept saying I'm getting ripped off because I'm female, but I was actually getting a really good deal and the driver didn't even know much about cars or understand exactly what I was getting done. He did a lot of talking and not enough listening, and he wouldn't listen to me or what I was getting done. He just told me I was getting ripped off cause I'm a woman. Even though he had no idea what it was that I was getting done at all. And I did two months of research and got 3 different opinions at 3 different shops. I got a pretty good deal with the work I needed done, and they did a great job. =)
