        It is so nice to find an auto repair shop that cares! They took the time to explain to me what was going on with my van. I was even offered a ride home. I got to speak with the mechanic and learned a lot about how maintenance is what keeps the expensive repairs to a minimum. Thank you!

        They overcharge for just about every type of service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

        This is a family-owned business for over 50 years with a reputation of trust. The local owner is incredibly honest. We have generations of customers! I hope UniXis talked with us about his problem -- can't really tell from his review. No unexpected breakdown is welcomed but when it happens it's a good feeling to be takened care of at Shadowoods. Our family of customers continues to grow. Please come in and try us out for yourself and experience the true commitment we have for customers.
