Laura M. I Purchased a Flexsteel Clive power recliner from Jasen's Furniture. My initial experience with Jasen's has absolutely been terrific! Never shopped there before, but I will return!
Eric was my salesperson, excellent, very helpful, not pushy at all!
Office gals were great and helped me get delivered, etc. Delivery fellas again, very polite and professional!
So, bottom line I shop on online, etc, most of the time. But I wanted to patronize a local company that has been in Roseville for many years. Very pleased and happy with my decision! We'll see when I need service on the recliner, I'm sure they'll be great!

POOR business relations. Ordered a Flexsteel recliner September 1, advised production would require two months before delivery. Called Jasens the morning of November 3 & was told someone would call me after 11am. At 5pm, not having heard from anyone, not even the original salesperson I dealt with (Dean), I called again at which time I was told the sales rep had never placed the order. The rep apologized, stated they'd expedite my order, but could not provide a delivery time frame. I asked what might be done to compensate for my inconvenience - only to be offered a free delivery, a whole $50 savings. This does not seem a reasonable offer. Good faith/trust in the company was lost. Had I accepted, who knows if they'd stand behind their product. So disappointed, I had felt good about supporting the local business owned company. Guess my business wasn't valued.

Ok. I'm from Ann Arbor but found myself on this side of town for a business meeting a few weeks back. The firm I met with is only a few minutes up the road, so I stopped in after for some inspiration and to see what's currently on the market.

You need to stop by if you've never been here and are in the area. Some of the Amish pieces they have are breath-taking, to say the least. The man who I spoke with the very educated and did not pressure me whatsoever.

Jasen's fine furniture is the ...

Jasen's fine furniture is the best with exceptional customer service. When going to visit their show room, i had arrived 20 mins early thinking they opened at 9, turns out they open at 10 am instead. After checking the hours on the door, a sales man had seen me and opened up early just so i could look around. They sales men are not at all pushy, and the quality of their furniture is diffidently best out of all of the big chain stores. Well worth their prices! The prices are reasonable, a medium I would say. I also explained that i wasn't looking to buy that day, and he was still very helpful even tho he wasn't going to make a sale that day. I will defiantly be going back there to buy my furniture when ready! I would recommend them!

Great Selection and Prices

Jansen's has a great selection of furniture that seems to cover just about any personal taste. Their staff is exceptionally professional and not in the least pushy unlike at some other area furniture stores.

Terrible Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed in the response (or lack thereof) from Jasen's regarding a chair I bought there 15 months ago. The first time we had the chair cleaned, two seams on the arms fell apart. On the phone, their rep admitted that this should not have happened but they said that the manufacturer indicated that the chair was no longer under warranty, (by two months). I contacted the manufacturer who
indicated that Jasen's should be able to help me. Instead, they indicated that they could be of no service and that they would no longer take my calls. This was the response before I even had a chance to get combative! It was a horrible response to a relatively small matter that could have been worked out. They definitely lost this customer!

Great furniture, great sales staff.

I had a very pleasant experience while buying my furniture at Jasen's. I got a great price and the furniture is high quality. Joe, my salesman, was very knowledgable and was not pushy at all. He let me look around at my leisure and did not follow me like at other furniture stores. Everybody was real nice.

This store has great prices compared to the other high-end furniture stores I've been to. My leather sofa came and it was as beautiful as I thought it would be .
