After one week and $3,200 in repairs I picked up my vehicle. Less than 48 hours later it was dead on the side of the expressway. Same error message, same issue. Three days later I'm told that they can send it to their 'Saab Expert' and have it repaired for another $496.00. When I expressed my displeasure and offered to pay half I was told that the best they could do was $300 because they had the added expense of towing the car to their expert. They charged me to tow the car that failed 48 hours after they repaired it! I am not a fake customer or competitor; I have the receipts as documentation. Buyer beware.

I Just went into american transmission my car was acting stalling out and burning threw gas, being a single mother of 3 children and having problems with my car with winter coming I wanted to make sure that my car was going to be safe for my children and I to drive in it, and not to mention it is my only car ! it was brought to my attention that there was a new shop manager who also was a single mother she took all my information and was very helpful and understanding, the mechanic's that were there were so helpful they told me that I needed a tune up and a transmission flush which that were happy to take care of while I waited, the price was right and the service was fast and efficient not to mention the price was with in my budget I would go back and would recommend them to everyone !!

So I took my truck there by the recommendation of my warranty company over a problem with my 4 wheel drive. They received the vehicle on 2/6/2014 and I just got it back on 3/13/2014. When they first took a look at it they said it was the transfer case motor and it took a week of calling them to learn this. Not once did they call me with updates on the vehicle. It took them another week to replace the motor and when I picked it up the 4 wheel drive was not working. I also asked them to give me the transfer case motor they replaced but they already turned it in for the core without asking me if it was OK for them to do that which is against state law. So they tell me that they will take another look at it. 2 weeks later of me calling them to find out what's wrong with it yields the fact that it was the transfer case that was bad. They then tell me it will cost 1200 dollars to replace. I tell then them my warranty covers the repair. So after 2 more weeks of calling they finally tell me its done. When I pick up the vehicle they have no paper work showing the replacement of the transfer case and the owner/mechanic has no clue where he got the transfer case for my vehicle. I am not confident in the repair of my vehicle and plan on having another place look at it to make sure the repair was done correctly. Avoid this place at all costs they will try to con you out of money and will take forever to get anything done.
