Prompt service. Brian knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer and replaced the pulley (screeching loudly in all cycles). Very professional.

He was on time, very pleasant and polite. He got to work right away told me the issue with our dryer and how much it would cost (which was reasonable) fixed it quickly and didn't leave a mess. We are very pleased with his work. We have used your service in the past and have always been happy with who you send and the work they do. We definitely recommend your service.

my dryer stopped heating a couple of days ago--I did not know who to call & was thinking of just buying a new dryer--saw the current prices of dryers & checked around for a good repair person--it is worrisome as you really don't know how good of a job you will get--a couple people told me to call A & E--glad I did--

Brian was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He explained about the inside of my washer, and he also cleaned it out after he was done with the job. He went above and beyond. I have been going to A&E appliance, for over 20 years, and will continue to do so.

Once again A & E came through for me. I called and gave Brian the information about my stove; make/model, what the issue was and he knew right away what part I needed. They had it in stock and he remembered speaking to me and all of the information about my stove when I got there to pick it up hours later.
We have used A&E for years and will continue to do so. Anytime someone I know needs appliance parts or service I will continue to recommend them.

As far as parts are concerned, come here as a LAST RESORT, and be prepared to get GOUGED. Needed an Igniter for my Sears drier on a Saturday. Could have driven to Repair Clinic in Canton and got 1 for under $20, or ordered it online any number of places and waited 2 days. Came to A&E instead and knowingly paid $42.50 just for the convenience. MANY friends report the same experience. Guy at the service counter was rude on top of it. Could have at least SMILED as he ripped me off!

I needed an a/c capacitor which I could have bought online for ten bucks, but decided to purchase it from ae. How much more could itbe? Live and learn, they charged 50 bucks for the exact same part. I could have refused to pay and gotten the part elsewhere, my bad. Just wont be doing any more business with this establishment. I feel like I paid installed price rather than a fair part price.

Been using them for 35 years. Decided to give someone local a try and decided to never do THAT again. A&E is the best and friendliest!!
