Well let me tell my horror story, I sent my car there for collision work a 2 week job turned into a 30 day job, and on top of that this guy Jeff had the audacity to tell me that I can turn my rental in to him and he will return it to the car rental agency. I asked him if he would put something in writing stating he will be responsible for gas or any damages he stated NO, on top of that by them having my car so long I had to come out of $543 close to my deductible to pay for the rental the extra days.. I feel like I have been scammed will I go back to Jefferey Tamaroff or recommend family or friends>? HELL TO THE NO!

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Upon completion I paid for the service, went out to inspect my car, come to find out the service I paid for were not rendered. I went right back inside/questioned the tire rotation. I told service person my tires were not rotated, his response was how do you know. On my passenger side front tire there's a mark on the wheel, had my tires been rotated that marking would have been in the rear. This person then told me he saw the service done on my car and the tires were rotated. He then asked me if I wanted them to redo the tire rotation, my reply was no, I entrusted you with my car and the service was not rendered, I would like my money back well me getting my money back was not an option, He said the job was done, I said no it was not, his response was whatever you say, no sir it's what I know, have a great day I'll write a review. This was yesterday, today while at my daughter's house, I come out to see in her spanking new driveway under my car there sits a wet stain, back up get out the car, stain is oil. My car was dripping oil, did I take pictures yes. We took my car to near by shop were they tightened cap under car. I was told the person placed the cap on by had and forgot to tighten cap with tool. REALLY?. When I came home I checked my carport, oil stain. This could have caused major problems, had this gone unnoticed. I will drive a country mile before I ever come back to have my car serviced @ Jeffery Kia. My invoice # 270516. If you would like this customer to be satisfied, refund is what I'm asking for (full refund), neither service I paid for was rendered, if you don't care about your BRAND NAME, I'm okay with that too.
Recently, I went to Jeffrey KIA in Roseville, MI to get and oil change on a vehicle I bought from them. I asked if they checked the tire pressure with the oil change, the service guy said yes, I'll take care of it. Once my car was ready, I paid the cashier and went to my car. I noticed that the low tire pressure indicator in the car was still on. I spoke with the service guy and they proceed to drive the car around the lot and re-enter the garage and put air in the tires. When I get in the car, pull off and got 2 miles down the road. I noticed the "when to return for your next oil change sticker " was still the old one. So, I turned around went back to the dealership and let them know a new sticker had not been put in. The service guy proceeded to get a new updated sticker with $2.00 off your next oil change (that was like a slap in the face to me after realizing they had not fully serviced my vehicle as thoroughly as they were suppose to). The service guys hardly said a word to me and NOT once did anyone apologize for the poor service. I am really concerned that they did not even change the oil at all. The service at Jeffrey KIA is very poor and the service people don't care about quality or friendliness. I won't be returning.
Service department is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! My vehicle is 2 months old and has a defective seat. They told me I had to call Chrysler to open a case even though it should be covered under warranty, no questions asked. Once Chrysler told them to do their jobs and replace it, they are refusing to order the part or even answer Chryslers calls to see if repairs are being completed. I spoke to someone this morning and found out that they will not help because I didn't buy my vehicle from them!! LAZY AND USELESS!! I lease every 2 years, guess where I WON'T be buying my next car?
My wife and I have been very happy customers at Jeffrey Honda for over 20 years. My wife first began bringing her 1993 Honda Civic to be serviced at Jeffrey Honda when we moved to the East Side in 1995. In 2005, she purchased a 2004 Honda Pilot, fully loaded, from Jeffrey Honda. The salesperson, Denise, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and low key. My wife and I have since brought her Pilot to be serviced regularly at Jeffrey. The two service people that we have regularly dealt with, Gil and Ryan, have always been extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always have an answer for any problems we may have encountered with our vehicles, yet have never tried to sell us any unneeded repairs. Jeffrey Honda also offers shuttle service for its service customers. They also offer nice touches like washing the car of every vehicle that is serviced at the dealership. Last week, after about a year of researching cars to replace my now 11 year old truck, I decided to purchase a 2013 Honda Civic Sedan. I bought my car from Jeff Gillingham, who was very courteous, responsive to my needs, yet without subjecting me to "the hard sell." My wife and I also met Dave, the (assistant?) manager, who helped us with the final paperwork on the sale of my car. He was very patient and explained all of the documentation to us in a thorough manner. I am already enjoying my new Honda Civic Sedan. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or service a car. One of the factors that went into my decision to buy a Honda Civic (besides, of course, its excellent reputation) was my knowledge of the great lengths this dealership goes to make its customers happy. thanks everyone and I look forward to many more years of dealing with Jeffrey. My wife has already indicated that her next vehicle purchase will be from Jeffrey Honda
Do not purchase your vehicle from here. Worst customer service. Once they have your money they do not care and will not assist you!
