The properties that they were renting I was really happy about that,but they lost my security deposit and application fee that they said they never received which I had all receipts for,once moving into the property it looks really nice on the outside and inside but going into the backyard it was dog feces and toys and everything just in the dirt that wasn't part of the dirt, like weights the whole backyard was nothing but just muddy dirt. The inside looked alright with the modern upgrades but the only thing ,leaks,high energy bills ,everything constantly blowing out,and the upstairs has a huge hole under the carpet So eventually that needs to be replaced because maybe it has termites , the AC compressor went out and we were without central air for almost a month so we had to buy multiple fans for our house to keep cool,Everything in the House always blows out , SMUD Bill Stays 300 to $500 per month in the little over a year we've been here and they want to raise the rent $400 extra!!!

Investors Choice has been managing my property since 2008. They are very professional, attentive and organized. The property has been well maintained and cared for. Any issues that may arise are quickly and professional addressed. Alli and Tom are both so easy to work with. We've had excellent tenants throughout the years. I live out of state and it is a huge relief knowing that my property is in good hands.
These apartments are decent. They have a fireplace which is what I liked most about them with washer and dryer inside and pet friendly. The neighbors are kind of loud sometimes but for the most part decent.
