ALL BUYERS BEWARE OF ANY PURCHASE YOU MAKE AT FUTURE FORD OR ROSEVILLE.This dealership will lie to you after they have completed the of a vehicle to you. We purchased a used Ford F150 FX4 from this dealership June 27, 2018. It was guaranteed to us that this vehicle was in perfect working condition and that all components had be checked out and working properly. This is not the case not only do they not completely check out their vehicles (as when I called and talked to a manager it was stated that only certified vehicles get completely worked over) but was told the only thing that was done was to check for leaks and an oil change. This is an issue as one week after we had the vehicle this started failing. These involve an electrical short that cause the vehicle to unexpectedly die (which almost cause us to get hit by an 18 wheeler), an air conditioner that has not worked correctly from day 1 and now blows cold air out one side and hot air out the other, a seat heated that has not worked since day 1, a leak that they say isn’t there but miraculously there are water stains, other electronic controls that have not worked properly. What is even more abdominal is the way their management team treats its customers. Mr. Bill Walsh, general manager and supposedly part owner of Future Ford needs to go back to school for customer service. Not only did he insult me and my wife over our financial situations, but also lies when saying they will fix all issues listed above and then wants to present you with an estimate and invoice for the repairs. If you want to be belittled and insulted by an unprofessional management group than by all means go to Future Ford for your purchase. Otherwise, there are many other Ford dealerships in the Sacramento area that will appreciate their customers, not mislead and lie to them and keep to their word unlike Mr. Walsh who hides behind a phone and wont even deal with a customer face to face.
After 3 years, I gave AutoNation Honda another chance when shopping for a plug-in hybrid. I ended up leasing with them after a little back and forth via email and text.I also sold them my 2015 4Runner, and they told me I should be receiving a check in 5-7 days (from the date of the sale: Sept 5th). I had the title, so there should have been no problem meeting this deadline.Unfortunately, it is now 19 days later, and still no check. After 8 days passed, I called to speak with someone in finance and left a message. After no response, I called back the next day, and they still couldn't connect me with someone over the phone. Decided to go into the dealership at Day 10 (Saturday), and was told that my lease was not funded yet, but "corporate was closed until Monday". On Monday, I was told that I needed to re-sign a new contract because the original contract was missing the last digits on the VIN for my 4Runner! The finance guy missed it even though it was a known "glitch" in the system. I'm sure Honda is working hard to fix this glitch, while it gives them an excuse to hold onto thousands of dollars from their customers... Interest accrued for them!I came in that same day and signed a new contract. No offer of service and hardly an apology for their error. The original finance guy made excuses for the issue after I spoke with another finance manager who said the error was known and should have been caught. I expressed my displeasure to their sales manager and he offered me a tank of gas.... ON A PLUG-IN HYBRID. I told him that I haven't used any gas in the 2 weeks since I bought it and do not plan on using a tank of gas in the next year, but he said there was nothing he could do! My sales rep is more concerned about how I am going to review my experience with Honda's customer survey.
By far one of the best. We drive up from the Bay Area to buy our parts from Roseville Yamaha. Their prices and product on hand make it worth the drive. They have a huge selection of gear and accessories and they don’t gouge you like other dealers do. We love roseville yamaha!
Service department is terrible. Under staffed and inefficient! 30,000 mile on my Cadillac was suppose to take 3-4 hours. 7-1/2 hours later it was not done. No call to advise it would be late. Amazing since I had a 09:00 appointment. This is not the first time we have had bad servive. Last time it took 2-1/2 hours to replace the battery! We will never use this dealer again!
After several hours of holding my GF keys hostage she had to practically threaten to walk out with out her own car. A couple day later a manager called wondering why we weren't returning to purchase a car and I explained to him what happened he told me my girl friend was lying. So we went to CarMax and bought a car there
Thank you so much for the respectful and courteous service that we received! I love my new car and I appreciated the professionalism of everyone we met! Thank you!
Great place to rent a helium tank for your events and parties. Very smooth process and helpful folks.
I can't think of any word that describes how happy I am, only that when I look at my new-to-me Lincoln, I get goose bumps everytime.... I am so happy with the car! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you... Happy, Happy, Happy Customers!
I already have referred friends and family to you. Thank you again for everything. The Xterra is what you said.....GREAT! LOVE IT! THANK YOU!
It was nice walking in and not being pressured right away. They gentleman was very friendly and worked hard to get us what we wanted. However, when we got to the "closer" people things were changed on us. Payments and such. It took awhile but we finally got what we wanted.
