Sloooow Service

I took my bike in with a charging problem and 5 weeks later finally got it back. They made three separate orders for parts, each a week apart, to Honda which took a week each to deliver. If they had ordered all the parts that were needed on a single order I would have gotten my bike a lot sooner. Two of the parts ordered were gaskets, you'd think the tech would know what gaskets he needed and order them with the origional part. I guess the tech couldn't see past the part he was dealing with at the time.

Your service dept. sucks

I have spent several thousands of dollars at your store on motorcycles and clothing for my kids. When it came time to have our bikes or Kawasaki mules repaired they came back in worse condtion then when I took them. My sons dirtbike broke down and I had it in your service dept. twice taking it back for the same problem, after the second time they told me it could not be fixed ( I spent $6200 on it). I took it to a friend and for $125 he had it running like brand new. No wonder you had to downsize your store and relocate because your service dept. does not know what they are doing. Never again will I step foot or shop in your store.

I recently bought a CRF 150R for my daughter and they had a very low sale price. They let me leave the bike there for a few days and also offered free delivery. Norm was the salesperson, and he gave me his cell number for any further needs. Richard

Horrible Service

I will never go back to Roseville Cycle. I have never had such horrible service. I heard bad things about them, but thought I would give them a try since that is where I bought my bike. Now I understand what everyone told me. Don't learn from my mistake!

Buyer Beware

A few weeks we came here looking for a commuter scooter and was helped by Matt (don?t recall his last name).
I commute to work (Roseville to Natomas) & needed to make sure our purchase would go fast enough to drive safely on the back roads. Matt steered us away from the standard 50cc ? but recommended a United Motors X-Peed 50 because (in his words) the two-stroke engine would allow the scooter to go between 40mph & 45mph. He also said that it was the last one you had in stock. We were also told that there were modifications that could be done at your shop that would allow the scooter to get over 50mph. Based on this information from Matt, we went ahead and purchased the scooter that day.

We came back to the store about 1 ? weeks later to pick up the scooter and take it home. On the way from the store to our house, I couldn?t get the scooter to go over 30mph! Needless to say, this definitely isn?t what we were expecting! I drove it around the neighborhood streets for a while & still couldn?t get the scooter to go over 30 mph.

A call to a UM dealer in SF was impressed that it got up to 30 & said that was about max for this model. A call to UM cust serv dept in FL about potential mods too. Was told it would void the warranty.

At this point we knew that Matt at Roseville Cycle had flat-out lied. However ? we also realized a portion of the fault was ours for trusting at face value.

So ? we made a trip back to Roseville Cycle with intentions of turning the scooter in ? fully willing to pay the difference in (inflated) price for the next model. I couldn't believe it when told the only thing they would be do was a give much lower ?trade-in? value for the scooter! However - he was willing more than willing to give us information so we could give their Performance Center even more money to attempt to make mods to the cycle that would possibly make it go a bit faster - denying it could void the warranty.

What a joke!

Lesson Learned: Buyer Beware
