HORRIBLE company! My vehicle was repossessed Monday night (11/28) between 7:30-8:30. There was no knock on my door to remove my personal belongings from the vehicle. Just looked outside and it was gone. Found out it was repossessed from the police department after filing a stolen vehicle report because the company had not called them within the hour that they are supposed to after repossessing a vehicle. I called the office on Tuesday (11/29) at 2pm to schedule an appointment to take everything out of the car. I was asked my name, if 9am on Wednesday (11/30) would work for me, and told that I needed to bring my ID and the key to get into the vehicle. The appointment was set.

I arrived at the “appointment” a little before 9 and my car was not parked out front. I entered the office and was told that my belongings were there, but the car was not. My boyfriend then asked for an inventory checklist of everything that was removed from the vehicle. It could not be provided. Man #1 came from an office on the side and was going along with what the receptionist was telling us. Come to find out, the car had not been inventoried (it had been almost 48 hours at this point) and the vehicle was parked in a lot somewhere, full of my possessions, and could have been easily broken in to. The guy that was supposed to have brought the car was “running late”. There was a yelling match back and forth between my boyfriend, the man and the receptionist. Man #1 called my boyfriend a “f***ing a**hole” a few times, and once more after my boyfriend put the key on the counter and exited the office. Man #1 then left to retrieve my vehicle from wherever their lot was.
