If I could rate a 0 star, I would. Horrible, rotten service from what I was told was the director. Was quoted a rate, hung up on. I called back, was told I could never have been quoted that rate, then treated like dirt when I asked for a manager. I was given this director, Laurel, who treated me worse than dirt, and refused to honor the rate I was quoted no less than 30 minutes prior. And, told me that I never could have been told that rate to begin with. So, basically she told me over and over I was a liar, which in fact is not the case. I was so mad with how I was treated, we took our business elsewhere. Hope no one gives these people their business. I've never been treated so poorly in my entire life.

My parents recently stayed here, and had a positive experience. The location is nice but it was a little disappointing that you can't easily walk to the mall from the hotel.

Nice and clean. Good help at front desk. There's a nice small breakfast in the morning. Never used the pool yet.
