Consolidated is a long standing Roseville business. Their foundation works with non profits to better the community!

Arrived 1st thing in the morning and took a couple of hours to set up. The technician was not sure of my order which I found odd but was very nice and completed my order.
Changed my review after one of the cable boxes never worked and I had to go get another one. That one too isn't working

The cable and Internet service is great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They still have the feel of a small owned business which creates a very comfortable relationship with customers.

We have been relegated to using Surewest/Consolidated internet services for years.There is no other option in our neighborhood. We have had such poor service-until today. Our internet has been on and off for the duration of our interaction with this company.So frustrating.We call, 'nothing is wrong with your line' and 'miraculously' our service works great!For a short time-They have replaced the router.That fixes it. Again, for a short time.This past week, we literally couldn't log in from any device wirelessly nor hardline to even find a phone number to call and complain.We finally got through and they ran some online tests &realized we don't have adequate service.They sent serv. tech 'RICH SMITH' out today.He knew ASAP what the problem was.After all these years. Our line was running from too far a distance.He connected it closer to our home.And WOW! It's FAST!He is a hero to us..He said he was just doing his job.We wish the rest of the yahoo's over there were 'just doing their job'.

Had problems with my internet and they walked me through all the troubleshooting. Tried troubleshooting, new and updated equipment and still not working. They come out and find out that a wire was cut in this developing neighborhood from the construction guys. Excellent customer service!

We signed up for service from Roseville Telephone when we mov ed to Roseville because it was the only game in town back in 1977. Years later they became Surewest and then Consolidated Communications. We have both our home phone and our internet service from them and have always received courteous, professional service.

I love this service. I live in a rural area, this was the only option I had. I am so impressed with the fast connection and affordability, I would use it no matter where I lived!

I've had to replace my cable box a few times. Every time I've gone to this location, they have been very helpful and quick with the service. It's always easy getting in and out of this location too.

Very disappointed in their customer service. Argumentative over the phone. Internet service is poor.
