LOVE having an Apple Store close! My experience is only in the service area, with appointments made ahead of time. Love how quickly they are able to diagnose the issues. But when it's SUPER crowded it's sometimes hard to find an employee to let know you already have an appt.


The store is conveniently located inside the Galleria Mall on the first floor next to make up store. The store is always full of people and friendly employees. They can help you with most of your apple problems, to fix a screen you will usually need to wait a few hours thou. They are great! I like the knowledge that those young employees got!


It is really sad when you make an appointment to be seen and they are over 45 minutes late to see you. Then when you are trying to get their help and you have multiple issues with your phone, iPad and computer and they tell you that you need s separate appointment for each item, and that they can't spend more than 25 minutes with you on that one item. All my devises are connected via the cloud, so if one is causing me problems, 90% of the time so are the other 2.
