LOVE having an Apple Store close! My experience is only in the service area, with appointments made ahead of time. Love how quickly they are able to diagnose the issues. But when it's SUPER crowded it's sometimes hard to find an employee to let know you already have an appt.
My husband bought me an iPhone 7 for my birthday, I went in to get some help transferring information from my old phone and Paula Forsythe was rude and condescending. She needs a lesson in being a polite to customers
The store is conveniently located inside the Galleria Mall on the first floor next to make up store. The store is always full of people and friendly employees. They can help you with most of your apple problems, to fix a screen you will usually need to wait a few hours thou. They are great! I like the knowledge that those young employees got!
I Bought an iPhone and had no idea how to set it up. I tried to figure it out online, but no luck. I went to theApple Store in the Galleria and the young man walked me through everything and answered all my questions. He was very polite, patient and thorough.
It's a grown-up toy store. I love coming in here and checking out the new products. But it's definitely important to make an appointment to talk to someone.
They were able to fix our new computer, but couldn't save our files :(. Still were helpful, easy to make an appointment, and good customer service though.
All I do is make an appointment on line and go in on my date given. It's way easy to get your apple products repaired, replaced and reviewed. With out an appointment you will be there a while.
This is a good place if you have an appointment. If you don't, you'll wait a while. They offer free classes but sign up online. When we had an appointment all questions were answered and they even took the time to show us features on the iPad and iPhone we didn't know we had.
Friendly and fast service. They are very willing to help answer any questions you have as well as just let you enjoy playing with their gadgets for hours on end which we do. There are lots of personnel so one gets helped out right away .
Booking a Genius Bar or One-to-One appointment here is the way to go, as there are always lines. Same with online purchase for in-store pickup. We've always had our questions answered and devices looked at/fixed with minimal headaches. Apple's high quality extends to their staff here.
The secret: make an appointment online. We've had great experiences with 1 to 1 training, Genius Bar, and making purchases here. It's easy to order something online for pick up in store and book an appointment at the same time as pick up for any help getting started.
Now here's a store to get lost in! I always try to get there when the doors open. It's more likely that I'll find an associate for the help I usually need. It tends to get very busy within a very short time. Definitely worth a visit!
My son had an issue with his iPhone 6s not charging properly, when we made an appointment and took the phone in, the entire apple staff was attentive, friendly, and informative. They listened to the issue and made sure our problem was corrected promptly. This store is great!
It is really sad when you make an appointment to be seen and they are over 45 minutes late to see you. Then when you are trying to get their help and you have multiple issues with your phone, iPad and computer and they tell you that you need s separate appointment for each item, and that they can't spend more than 25 minutes with you on that one item. All my devises are connected via the cloud, so if one is causing me problems, 90% of the time so are the other 2.
