Alright, let’s just get something clear here, anybody can log on to a computer, create a password and a screen name. So don’t you think then it’s possible for ANYBODY to write some sort of a scathing inflammatory diatribe on how terrible their business is????? It is, just as sure as I am posting this response. I came to the web to check REM’s business record out and see if there were any negative postings. There are of course, and they are all negative. Yet I went there anyway. So for you guy’s who might be thinking of using this shop for your engine work,, DO IT!!!! THEY KNOW HOW TO BUILD AND TUNE AN ENGINE PERIOD!!! I brought my ole 69 Ford Truck to REM and they did the following: Complete head and valve work and new rocker assembly, DONE RIGHT. They had to fix the substandard work done by another shop. They installed the heads, an Eldebrock performer 390 intake, Holley 750 double pumper, and the rest of the hose’s, brackets, headers, etc… ALL DONE CORRECTLY. REM made the selection of Carb and intake. It’s not what I had on it. Their correct matching of the cam profile and KB pistons compression ratio was the ticket. This truck runs better than it ever has. In conclusion, give them a try, if you have the need for custom engine work, or any other machine shop needs, you will be satisfied
I just recently bought a Dodge Caliber from John L. Sullivan and the sales men that helped us with our special circumstances was awesome! He was truly trying to get us the best deal and so happy for us. I just took the car back for a lojack installation and scotch guard for the fabric in the car and a clear coat on the outside for dent guard in which was all included with the car. They even paid for a rental car for me for the day so that i could go into work. The service I received was excellent! Every one was very friendly and helpful. When I got my vehicle back it was beautiful inside and out! They detailed the inside with the works! This is my second vehicle that I have purchased with John L. and I have always been a satisfied customer. Thank you !
Just one day before coming to John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, I went to a smaller dealership on Fulton Ave and was treated with such disrespect and the typical games that usually ensue, that I walked midstream because the deal I was quoted (as approved) magically turned into something much more expensive. So I was referred to John L. Sullivan Chevrolet and specifically Ryan. I fully explained to Ryan my challenged credit and was still treated with the same respect as someone with a credit score of 850. Also, the bottom line that I went in with was honored and my wife got the care she wanted without the typical hassles. I would very much recommend John L. Sullivan Chevrolet in Roseville To everyone!
Make an appointment to have Amber as your service Rep. and have the service done by Troy, I trust him! He is honest, good and thorough at what he does. He didn't have the service shop take me for all I was worth, he told me what he found, and what was warranted still. To my complete amazment, there was more under warranty that I would have ever known to look into. I have a 2008 Saturn, I don't have a service/dealership I can call to verify things. Thank you two for knowing my husband and I work hard for our living too, and taking care of my car needs repectfully.
Byron and crew made my shopping experience a pleasant, easy-going one. Luckily, most of my shopping and paperwork was done ahead of time online and completed and processed by Byron, so my actual in-chair time at JLS was minimal. They took our trade, gave a us a decent amount for it, and we walked out with the car we wanted with all of the features we wanted for the amount we wanted to pay. After some bad experiences with JLS' service department, Byron has helped to restore my confidence in the brand and the dealership.
Not the stereotypical "car dealership" experience! Every person on the staff was committed to my having a positive interaction with them. There were almost too many cars to choose from, but Justin stayed the course with my indecision and was a real help in zeroing in on finding only the cars that met my criteria. Joy in Customer Service is a treasure as well. And I love my new black Equinox with all the extra chrome (LTZ) - and nobody laughed when this 75 year old grandma said that's what she wanted!
I have been a loyal customer of John L Sullivan for years and still keep coming back. The reason. Excellent customer service! This time around I purchased a 2012 Malibu and Byron made the whole experience effortless and smooth. Going to a car dealership is like going to the DMV, you go there expecting wait and wait and wait for the entire process he got me in and out quick. Granted I knew what I wanted since this was my 3rd Malibu but it was fast. Byron is the man to see! Keep up the great work.
We took our 2012 Malibu in for servicing on a Saturday and had the best service. The service people were pleasant, the waiting area clean with hot coffee. The servicing only took 30 minutes from check in to release of our car. It was a shock we finished so quickly on a Saturday! We only allow Sullivan to service our cars and we only own Chevrolets!! J L Sullivan is where we buy all our vehicles they are fair and reliable. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else!
The most professional staff in a dealership that I have ever dealt with. My experience was without doubt a pleasurable one . The inventory that they have at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet is bigger and more diverse than I was expecting and I found the exact vehicle that my wife and I both agreed upon. I went quickly and I was told everything up front so no surprises were sprung on us. I definitly Recommend John L. Sullivan Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car.
We went in with a specific amount thatwe could afford, and they got us in to exactly wnhat we needed for LESS thatn what we were expecting to pay.. and I think it was the quickest cr purchase in the history of MY car buying experience.. WE needed to be somewhere and we were finished and signing papers long before we told them we needed to leave.. I would recommend that you shop here first.. you will not need to go any where else..
