Troy Costa is someone to stay away from. I ordered a Leer topper from him back in March when he was still Line-x of Roseville, and I eventually found out (months later) from Leer corporate that he took my money under false pretenses and never actually ordered a topper. When I tried to get a refund, he said he would issue the credit to my card (never happened), then he said he would drive a cashier's check to my house (what business does that?! he never showed up). Ultimately, my credit card company was able to extract the money from his account. Line-X has since dropped his franchise license, hence his new business name. Do yourself a favor and read reviews for his previous businesses (Line-X of Roseville; Autoworks, Inc) that have been under his name and at the same address. Custom Truck Accessories on El Camino got me my topper in 3 weeks when Troy couldn't do it in 3 months (though I'm not sure he even tried).
