I have never written a review, however, I need to share my experience and if anyone else has had a similar experience please share it. I rented an older 26 footer, on my second trip the struck started shaking, I called roadside assistance and the technician acknowledged the shake, however, said it is drivable so, I drove it to my storage. I called the UHAUL manager, who said I need to pay two extra days; I explained the card on file, may not have enough funds to pay the extra days. The manager ran the card and it declined, the card was $100 short, I am working with a limited budget. Bottom line: I would have produced the $100 it was short. Instead I now have to produce $700.00 in order to get my furniture. Additional fees: towing loaded truck, unloading cargo to storage and storing until I pay all charges. These charges will continue to grow. I have over $10,000 of furniture in the truck; I don’t have the means to pay the cost. We are on the path to lose all we have left of value. If anyone has such an experience please come forward! Some policies need a class action to end damaging policies.

I have rented vehicles from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 150 N Sunrise Ave, on several occasions. I have always received excellent service. I usually rent a minivan and the folks at Enterprise fold the back seats down for me. I know it is a little thing but I really appreciate it. The vehicles have always been clean and in great condition.
Rented from Hertz before at other locations, this location had great, fast, and personable service. Had a long rental due to car problems, so the ease of extending was convenient. Clerk turn my stressful situation into a relaxed, even fun process, until I was able to get my car fixed. :)
The car was good, I got a Jetta that was comfortable. The customer service was ok, they were not super friendly. It seem they did wanted to be there.
Even though I bought by Nissan in Sacramento, this roseville dealership handled my recall problem. They were quick, communicated well and friendly.
Super easy to rent and pick up. The 20' we ordered was available but had to be dropped off at a different location so they upgraded to 26' and it was super easy to drive and drop off was a breeze. Great friendly staff to check you in.
We traded in our Toyota minivan for a Pathfinder at this location. Our salesman was knowledgeable about his products and gave us a deal that we were happy with.
Their Service department is excellent . I had problem with my A/C a day after I had the car in for service and some warranty work. John Pepper not only checked the problem for free, got me a loaner for the day and got my car back on the road the same day. His communication is great as well as his customer service , I will continue taking my car to Future Nissan for service .
Great Company! Mike helped me secure an 8 passenger vehicle within 24hrs of a big school trip. The whole staff was wonderful. I will be a returning customer.
Awful experience buying a car here. Selection was good but they kept trying to insist that I use their financing. I had told them I had financing already they put through the loan for their company instead. Major hassle to get straightened out
