Oscar's Tire Center

Frustrated at service fluctuating from one time to the next. Last time they did what they promised. Got good stars. This time, we called once more to confirm they had our tire in stock. They went out and double checked, confirming they had our tires. Drove 30 minutes to them only to have them treat us horribly , saying it did not matter what they said on the phone and refusing to give us the promised tire :-( They were now saying they never had our tire in stock????

Worst tire shopping experience of my life. They sold me tires for what I thought was a good price and I had them installed on my rims. I'm driving home and at about 40mph my truck starts to shake. I go back thinking maybe they didn't balance one of them properly but they were closed when I got back. Went back the next day and they tell me "Oh, your rims are bent." They weren't bent when I went in. How come they didn't tell before they put them on if they were bent. What's funny is they said they balanced all of them but you can't balance a bent wheel. I asked for a refund on the tires and they refused, said it wasn't their problem. Now I'm stuck trying to get my money in small claims court. Horrible people operating a horrible business. Don't be lured in by the low prices, it will cost you more in the long run.

I bought some wheels & tires for my truck at Oscar's. I looked around a couple of shops and, the best price was at Oscar's. Some of the other places they were either too pushy for the sale or the employees didn't take in mind what I was looking for. It's a family owned & operated business so, you get that sense of being thanked for your business. I guess sometimes you don't have to go far to get a good deal.
