I went to Legacy Ford in attempts to test drive and purchase a vehicle I saw on their website. Needless to say they pulled the old bait and switch on my husband and I. Their claim was that they no longer had the vehicle I looked at on their lot because they decided without my knowledge that they were selling the vehicle in an auction, but WAIT...."We have this other vehicle for you that is less than what you were wanting to pay for the other one with the same options"....the catch, it has 81k miles. You would think that they would have told us this key information before traveling all the way from Spring, Texas (and yes they did know how far I was traveling) to Rosenberg, Texas for the specific vehicle I saw online. Despite my apprehension in buying the vehicle they continued to push this vehicle on my husband and I. We also explained to them up front what our budget was and how much we were willing to pay per month for a vehicle. Enter bait and switch number two....after waiting for 4-5 hours for this vehicle to be detailed and filling out the necessary paperwork, we were reassured time and time again that our payments would be within the range that we requested only to find out when we arrived at the finance department that would no longer be the case and our wishes were not honored. Now, shame on me, I should have learned not to trust them from the last time I attempted to buy a new car from them several years ago when they pulled the same tactics. As icing on the cake, their used car sales manager had the audacity to insult my husband by saying he should just "man up and pay the extra amount per month". I have NEVER been this insulted or ridiculed at a car dealership in my entire life. Please stay far away from this place. I would never go here again to save my life. STAY FAR AWAY!

I have gotten my Optima serviced here for over a year and they have always been prompt, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership and I will definitely be buying my next Kia here.
This is a review of their new car department, however based on my experience I wouldn't consider using their service department either.I had a lot of difficulties with my new truck. Add-on's taking weeks to get in, something wrong with the paint job, etc. They were over an hour from my house, and they kept wanting me to come back in to get things done. I was lied to by the finance guy (said I couldn't refinance).Anyway, basically once they had sold me the vehicle they cared very little about making me happy at that point. They even argued that nothing was wrong with my paint job, when I had already taken it to a body shop to confirm that it had swirls and was buffed incorrectly.
Bought a truck and found out it had a couple of problems. They have the absolute worst customer service and my truck still has issues. No matter if you call or show up, neither the salesman nor the manager tried to fix a truck they sold me. Don't go there!

Dealer had the exact vehicle I wanted. Color, Options, ETC. Sales person service was great. I have never felt so comfortable in a dealership before, which made it easier to make a decision to buy the Elantra.
This was the most relaxed car-buying experience I've ever had. There was no pressure at all from any of the sales staff or management. It was an absolute pleasure and I will be getting any future vehicle from here as well.

AVOID at all costs!!! This place needs a (negative) -5 star rating. They are rude, liars and thieves and do not care. Worst dealership on the planet.
Purchase experience was ok but when it came to handle a GAP cancellation, their accounting department was pretty useless, huge lack of customer service, not following up, did not return calls when asked to, provided wrong information and a total lack of adherence to the written agreement. They will not follow thru the original contract agreement no matter what. I’m glad I cancelled the GAP insurance and didn’t have to use it. Otherwise, I am very confident that it was not going to be honored just like Legacy is not honoring what is in a written contract. I will not buy a vehicle from this place and I will continue to deter anyone and everyone that I know from buying from Legacy Ford. Even after buying two vehicles from here, I am very disappointed that they did not honor the written agreement. Legal consequences are merited but I am not going to waste my time with this place
