I had a great experience with my own vehicle with a man named Frank who was training at the time and again when I took someone else there until in the middle of my friends deal the salesman who was training Frank the day i bought my car butted in and said it was his sale (even though Frank did ALL the work for my sale and most for my friends) and we were forced to deal with someone named James. Well yesterday I took another family member up there and her experience was NOT the same with James. He told her first she needed something close to 1000 (she had 500) we came back with 7 he said that was still not enough to come back with closer to 1k. She came back with 920 and it was then that James told her it would be 1250! That is not good business its deceptive, unprofessional and I was so disappointed. Kartown is a good place and they do help you out but if you go there DO NOT go to James. See Frank Rao he is courteous and professional and does a great job with you and your situation!
This Chili's is horrible. The servers are incompetent and can't get even basic orders correct. The managers don't supervise or train employees on the importance of double checking orders to get them right. The food preparation is also poor and the quality of food served is very mediocre. I contacted corporate to offer them a chance to correct the situation and received a canned response illustrating that the lack of concern for the customers starts at the top and continues down to the store level. There are a lot of other restaurants to choose from. Try some place else or you will likely be as disappointed as we were.
Had a great buying experience. Ask for James. If you're looking for a car with a warranty and great customer service, this is the place to go.
I had been to at least 6 car dealerships and had no luck i was running out of time if i didnt find a car this month i was going to loose all 3 of my jobs but kar town saved me and was able to work with me i cant thank them enough
No honesty here at all. They are not worried about the quality of their cars. They just want the quick buck. They don't care if a car that comes from their lot leaves you stranded! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I'm pretty sure the good reviews are just people they paid to say that. They will take avantage of uneducated younger people. You might think your getting a good deal trust me your not. Always use CARFAX before dealing with any used car dealers! These guys and many more are untrustworthy. Your welcome.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I just got a car from here about 2 months ago. Amanda Hart is a great salesman, if only what she sold me wasnt a piece of junk. After only 2 weeks with the car, the transmission had to get re-built. So they did that under my warranty along with a $100 deductable. Not even a week later I take it back again for the transmission because it sounded worse than before. they call me the next day to pick it up saying a re-built transmission will sound bad for a while!... its squealing, and squeaking , and slipping! I told two different mechanics that same thing kartown told me and they laughed in my face, saying no re-built tranny should sound like mine does. I just want this issue resolved, I pay on time and am a very nice person but i will not stand to be taken advantage of.
Keep in mind while reading this that I have been a customer for two years with this company, made every payment with no issue.I made a cash payment for my policy in January and Natalie, the representative, took the money and never posted it to my account. I didn't find this out until I went in to make my February payment a whole month later. She contacted the owner and asked him if he remembered what days she had a hundred plus dollars left over on her report. He told her he would come in and look the next day. She then told me she was busy that day and she must have forgotten to post it to my account. I never received a call the next day, I called Natalie and she told me the owner was still looking at the documents. She told me that same thing for the rest of the week before I put my foot down and called their Houston office. Aj, one of the owners, answered and assured me he would look into the matter. He never did and over that next week he started ignoring my calls and never once called me. I don't know if I received a receipt or not from Natalie that day or not, I'm usually very good about that but I had a long day and I either misplaced it or forgot to get one from her. Either way, I am out of my money and they refuse to do anything to make it right even though they had an extra 100 plus dollars which is the same amount of my monthly payment. I waited in the office for two and a half hours that one day trying to sort it all out with Natalie and to top it off I had to make the January payment AGAIN before I could make the February payment just so I could drive away covered. I strongly recommend you don't go with this company, I am now with state farm and have better coverage ( uninsured driver coverage) , a 100 dollar deductible instead of 500, and my payments are lower. I contacted the Texas Department of Insurance and filed a complaint and so now they are investigating the matter.
