Never answers the phone tired of driving 10 miles there every time to get simple questions answered.
This regarding the pharmacy that located at Rosemead,CAI went to filled my perscription at this rosemead Walmart location yesterday. The staff told me that it will be done in two hours. I explained the complication idsue I have when billing the medication to my insurnace company. He said it so okay and he will let me know within 15 to 20 minutes whether my insurnace going to pay for it or not. However, he never get back to me until I contacted him regarding the issues. It him 3 hours to tell me that they can't bill. I knew that he won't be able to bills with their system traiditonal method without overwrite the claim. It is a issue and I did told him the reason when I first arrive and it conplicaifon. Then the other staff come in and said they will take care of it but at the end the pharmacist come out and said that she can't help and begin to give her attitude and screamed at me regarding the issues of overwrite a perscription and how it is illegimate to Walmart policy. It took the pharmacist and staff at this Walmart pharmacy 6 hours to reaponse back to me. I feel that they could done better by inform me right away so I can go to a different store instead of waiting the long hours for bad services and rudeness. Also the pharmacist tried to push the reponsibility to others staff and said that she didn't aware of the issues therefore she was not able to help. I also spoke to her before about the issues and at the end she said she didn't aware of it. I don't understand how come this type of services can still survive. The pharmacist have such a rude attitude and not willing to help. She didn't even try to help beside keep saying no "I can't do it because it again Walmart and insurnace policy. We can't do anything and if you don't appreciate it then it up to you to go else where". i don't appreciate rudeness and negative attitude from this branch pharmacist. If she told me this in the first fifteen minutes that I was there then things would be better. However, she did not nothing and wasted my 6 hours waiting for nothing. I don't think I would be back to this store for such a bad customer services. Please take care of your pharmacist attitude. She don't care about other because she are not sick. All she care is money and how to obtain the money for insurnace. Even though I called my insurnace company in advance for his issues and that what they instructed me. My perscription is brand new, not a refill but she keep saying can't overwrite because it too early to refills. It not refills and she need to understnad the complication instead of giving me an atttitude. this is not the first time I filled my med here but every times there is always complication and rudeness. This location is very close to my house but I can't tolerate this pharmacist negative attitude. Finally, I want to cvs and the pharmacist understand the issues and willing to help me. Everything was fine less than 30 minutes of wait times. I only tolerate and appreciate nice manner not rudeness and unwilling to help others.
