Terminix

Very unreliable. Tech never showed never called. I called I was told tech will be there b/w 10 and 12pm. Called at 11:30 then was told he will call in 15 MN then called at 12 was told he will come in an hour got delayed. 2 hours later still no show or call. Called again the was told a manger will call to help. 1 hour later no call from manager. I called again then was told you just gonna have to wait for him to call. So I gave up calling ghem. The company took my money did not provide any serve. Very unreliable. I mean if you want to spend your entire day waiting on someone who will not show then you can waste your time with this company.

I wish I didn't have to give ANY stars! This is the worst company ever! They totally scammed us and negligently recommended a treatment that they knew wouldn't work. Our termite problem is still there and there are active swarms and they wouldn't help us. BEWARE!!! GO TO YOUR LOCAL PEST COMPANY!!! These technicians are trying to sell warranties and don't know what they are talking about when it comes to termites. The supervisors are unhelpful and rude. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
