My husband & I are from Michigan & we drove 6 hrs to come here and buy a car that we were TOLD was in great condition.. We got there took it for a test drive and the car SEEMED fine..AFTER we signed the paperwork, they informed us of the previous problems that they had with the car and told us they had them fixed. Well it turns out, 5&1/2 HRS AFTER DRIVING OFF THE LOT, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON!!!!!
We took the car to a local dealership & had it checked out, only to find out that the entire engine is completely done for!! So we informed Roselle Motors of the problem, they said they had no idea...& they only offered to pay 1/2 of the cost of a used engine (no labor fees) or they will give us PART of our money back!! Are you kidding me?!?! For a car that didn't even last the 6 hr drive home!!!
Do not buy a car from here!! In my opinion these ppl are seasoned con artists!!! Once a car is off their lot, they wash their hands of it, they take no responsibility for what may happen with it!! & YOU end up with a piece of sh#@!!!
And one more thing - that BBB plaque they had hanging in their showroom is FAKE!! we called the BBB & checked online & they are not accredited with them!!!

I bought this car Dec. 2008, as is. I had been told by Nick, the sales guy, that they would help cover any costs with fixing the car and he wouldn't put me in an unsafe car. Within 36 hours, the clutch went and I was stranded with my 5-year old, at midnight, in a mall parking lot. Of course, they blamed it on me. They got the car repaired, refused to show me an invoice or repair bill and then I had to threaten legal action to get them to give me the bad clutch back. Then I had oil leaking all over my driveway, noises coming from the engine, electrical shorts in the dashboard, and a faulty alarm system. I had to take it to Audi because Roselle Motors wouldn't answer my calls and it cost me $6,700 to get it DRIVEABLE!!!
Out of a 10 point suspension check, 7 were completely gone and HAD to be fixed to get the car off the lot.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND IGNORE YOU WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM.
