This store lack inventory on 9/13/2015, I had every intent of upgrading my phone through the Verizon edge program but the phone was not available, nor any storage devices, nor any tablet screen protectors. Although, it was explained that Verizon was changing vendors that's still no excuse no to have inventory for purchase. Despite the lack of inventory, Brie, sales rep, exhibited excellent customer service, Thank you
Helpful service but extremely disappointed with sales person lying about what my new bill cost would be. Instead of going down $10 a month it went up almost $30. He also forgot to give me my trade in device credit. Now I'm stuck with the new bill. Don't trust the salesman. They don't know what they are talking about it.
