My family and I have been using this Dentist for many years now and even though I have moved and it's not as convenient, I will still make the trip. Both Dr. Kaminaris (who is now retired) and Dr. Padousis have been thorough and professional as well as the staff. I've used them for routine, surgical and cosmetic dentistry with great results!

completely horrible experience...

completely horrible experience, first off no privacy at all, they had like little cubicles for offices and people were arms length away from you could hear all your medical history, the staff were extremely impolite, and very snobby when answering questions.

They treated me like a rabid dog once they heard I was paying out of pocket, like since when is that a problem? how do you know I can't afford the full procedure? Dr Kaminaris said immediately "oh I wouldn't be doing anything today, you could go think about it." They really couldn't wait to get me out of there. It just felt like a slaughter house. Its just one giant room with cubicles separated only by drapery. I could hear everyone's diagnosis and screams from a child... very very unnerving.

I could hear the assistants few feet away discussing my X-rays amongst themselves, and if I could hear them, the other patients in the other cubicles could as well... how rude is that?... and at one point she took my x-rays in to the dentist while he was with another patient to talk to him about it... hello? privacy? why discuss my information while with another patient?

Oh and the paper work? Its like you buying a freaking house from them, they want your Social, your drivers license, work address, school address, your families medical history, this aside from other reasonable information.... its 3 pages of information... just for a dental checkup?...

I didn't even get as much as a "hello" coming through the door.. and right outside, right in front of the front door was a dental assistant smoking away... now don't get me wrung feel free to smoke, but right in front of a public space? not all of us want toxic waste in us. especially second hand smoking. I completely hated this place, its the worst dental office ever.
