I called Monday February 20th to make an appointment to have my bike serviced.it had a starting issue ,and some wheel bearing noise in the front. We set up n appointment for Thursday Feb 23rd.I called for a status update around lunch time on Friday.I was then told that " we're pretty busy ,and might get to it today or tomorrow .So Saturday i stop in to the shop around 11am. I was then told that "we still have not looked at the bike and it would be Wednesday most likely" 3 hours later i got a call telling me "we looked at the bike and it did need wheel bearings, and hopefully we will get the primary torn apart to look at the starting issue today" Tuesday morning i call to find out a current status ,and I was told "they think it is the compensator so we will try to get this approved through your warranty company" Thursday i call to find out the status again , i was told possibly Friday to be completed, and they performed the "brake switch recall". I was called back around 4:45pm to tell me it was completed .After paying my bill ($50.00)per extended warranty, I left the dealership ,noticing the brakes didn't feel right,(the rear brake lever had 3-4 inches of travel) I proceeded to bleed my own brakes ,and it was not done at the dealer because the bleeder cover had never been off,and it was still dirty.I Called this morning to find out the cost of bleeding the rear brakes only. I was told around $42.50 .I then told them who i was and what my problem was .They wanted me to bring it back and have them bleed it . After telling them I already did , I asked what they think they should do about this .The answer i got was "i don't know what you want". I want a quality service in a timely fashion ,done correctly ! If i was to make an appointment for a customer ,then tell them we are busy ,complete a 4-5 hr job in 7 days incorrectly , I would be fired ! I am completely unsatisfied with my service and will never return . I will also never buy another product from them again !

H.D. of Baltimore was AWESOME! They have the best customer service in every department. I spoke with Ed Schmidt on the phone prior to going into the store. I asked him a few questions and he told me what I needed to bring in, give me his number if I had anymore questions and told me to come in anytime that worked for me. Ed was instrumental in my purchasing my 2010 H.D. Dyan Wide Glide. Ed's customer service skills were exceptional and he truly card about how I felt about the bike I was going to purchase. Ed made it very clear that he was there to assist me in finding the right bike. I could take all the time I need, see as many bikes as I wanted and ask all the questions I wanted and he would help me. He did just what he promised! Not only did I find the perfect bike for myself, but I found a GREAT sales consultant and a new friend. What a class act you are Ed. And I might add you are pretty dang hilarious and kept me well entertained. I would also like to say Jeff in finance, Derek in Parts & Acc., Rebekah in clothing and Jerry were just awesome to work with as well. Didn't work with Kelly but he was awesome too. I also want to add that Heidi took the time to walk out into the parking lot and talk to me about my bike and gave me some great pointers about my first ride on this new bike. Not only did her suggestions help but it gave me a bit of extra confidence about my ride home that day. She did this and I had never even met her. So a big high five to you Heidi. I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff there as I continue to be a regular customer there. I will recommend this store to everyone I know that rides or seems interested in riding bikes. Great Job Guys!!!!
